Prayer to the Divine Mercy
O Lord, behold here before You a soul who exists in this world in order to allow You to exercise Your admirable MERCY and manifest it before heaven and earth. Others may glorify You through their faithfulness and perseverance, thus making evident the power of Your grace. How sweet and generous You are to those who are faithful to You!
Nevertheless, I will glorify You by acquainting others of Your goodness to sinners and by reminding them that Your MERCY is above all malice, that nothing can exhaust it, and that no relapse, no matter how shameful or criminal, should allow the sinner to despair of forgiveness.
I have offended You grievously, O Beloved Redeemer, but it would be still worse if I were to offend You by thinking that You were lacking in goodness to forgive me. I would rather He deprive me of everything else than the TRUST I have in Your Mercy.
Should I fall a hundred times or should my crimes be a hundred times worse that they actually are, I would continue to trust in Your MERCY. Amen
Prayer for Mercy for the Dying
O merciful Jesus, lover of souls, I beseech You, by the agony of Your Most Sacred Heart and by the sorrows of Your Immaculate Mother, wash clean in Your Blood the sinners of the whole world who are now in their final agony, but especially those on their way to eternal damnation and who are to die this day. Heart of Jesus who suffered death's agony, I beg You have mercy on these poor souls. Amen.
Prayer for Mercy for the Souls in Purgatory
Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious blood of Your Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, for those in my own home and within my own family. Amen.

Jesus, Friend of a lonely heart, You are my haven, You are my peace. You are my salvation, You are my serenity in moments of struggle and amidst an ocean of doubts. Divine Mercy Direct Me

NOVENA TO THE DIVINE MERCY
Jesus, I Trust in You
"...Jesus instructed me to write down and make before the Feast of Mercy. It begins on Good Friday." #1209 (57) of the Diary of Saint Faustina - Divine Mercy in My Soul.
I desire that during these nine days you bring souls to the fount of My mercy, that they may draw there from strength and refreshment and whatever graces they need in the hardships of life and, especially, at the hour of death.
On each day you will bring to My Heart a different group of souls, and you will immerse them in this ocean of My mercy, and I will bring all these souls into the house of My Father. You will do this in this life and in the next. I will deny nothing to any soul whom you will bring to the fount of My mercy. On each day you will beg My Father, on the strength of My bitter Passion, for graces for these souls."
I answered, "Jesus, I do not know how to make this novena or which souls to bring first into Your Most Compassionate Heart." Jesus replied that He would tell me which souls to bring each day into His Heart.
FIRST DAY
Today, bring to Me all mankind, especially all sinners and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. In this way you will console Me in the bitter grief into which the loss of souls plunges Me.
Most Merciful Jesus, whose very nature it is to have compassion on us and to forgive us, do not look upon our sins, but upon the trust which (58) we place in Your infinite goodness. Receive us all into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart, and never let us escape from It. We beg this of You by Your love which unites You to the Father and the Holy Spirit.
Oh omnipotence of Divine Mercy,
Salvation of sinful people,
You are a sea of mercy and compassion;
You aid those who entreat You with humility.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon all mankind and especially upon poor sinners, all enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, show us Your mercy, that we may praise the omnipotence of Your mercy forever and ever. Amen.
SECOND DAY
Today, bring to Me the souls of priests and religious, and immerse them in My unfathomable mercy. It was they who gave Me the strength to endure My bitter Passion. Through them, as through channels, My mercy flows out upon Mankind.
Most Merciful Jesus, from whom comes all that is good, increase Your grace in us, that we may perform worthy works of mercy, and that all who see us may glorify the Father of Mercy who is in heaven.
The fountain of God's love
Dwells in pure hearts,
Bathed in the Sea of Mercy,
Radiant as stars, bright as the dawn.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gave (59) upon the company {of chosen ones} in Your vineyard-- upon the souls of priests and religious, and endow them with the strength of Your blessing. For the love of the Heart of Your Son, in which they are enfolded, impart to them Your power and light, that they may be able to guide others in the way of salvation, and with one voice sing praise to Your boundless mercy for ages without end. Amen.
THIRD DAY
Today bring to Me all devout and faithful souls, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. These souls brought Me consolation on the Way of the Cross. They were that drop of consolation in the midst of an ocean of bitterness.
Most Merciful Jesus, from the treasury of Your mercy, You impart Your graces in great abundance to each and all. Receive us into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart and never let us escape from It. We beg this of You by that most wondrous love for the heavenly Father with which Your Heart burns so fiercely.
The miracles of mercy are impenetrable.
Neither the sinner nor just one will fathom them.
When You cast upon us an eye of pity,
You draw us all closer to Your love.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon faithful souls, as upon the inheritance of Your Son. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, grant them Your blessing and surround them with Your constant protection. Thus may they never fail in love or lose the treasure of the holy faith, but rather, with all the hosts of Angels and Saints, may they glorify Your boundless mercy for endless ages. Amen.
FOURTH DAY
Today bring to Me the pagans and those who do not yet know me. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy.
Most Compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of pagans who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy; and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart.
May the light of Your love
Enlighten the souls in darkness;
Grant that these souls will know You
And, together with us, praise Your mercy.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of pagans and of those who as yet do not know You, but who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Draw them to the light of the Gospel. These souls do not know what great happiness it is to love You. Grant that they, too, may extol the generosity of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.
FIFTH DAY
Today bring to Me the souls of heretics and schismatics, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart; that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church, My wounds heal, and in this way they alleviate My Passion.
Most Merciful Jesus, Goodness Itself. You do not refuse light to those who seek it of You. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of heretics and schismatics. Draw them by Your light into the unity of the Church, and do not let them, escape from the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart; but bring it about that they, too, come to adore the generosity of Your mercy.
(61) Even for those who have torn the garment of Your unity,
A fount of mercy flows from Your Heart.
The omnipotence of Your mercy, Oh God,
Can lead these souls also out of error.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of heretics and schismatics, who have squandered Your blessings and misused Your graces by obstinately persisting in their errors. Do not look upon their errors, but upon the love of Your own Son and upon His bitter Passion, which He underwent for their sake, since they, too, are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Bring it about that they also may glorify Your great mercy for endless ages. Amen.
SIXTH DAY
Today bring to Me the meek and humble souls and the souls of little children, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls most closely resemble My Heart. They strengthened Me during My bitter agony, I saw them as earthly Angels, who would keep vigil at My altars. I pour out upon them whole torrents of grace. Only the humble souls is able to receive My grace. I favor humble souls with My confidence.
(62) Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said "Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of Heart." Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart all meek and humble souls and the souls of little children. These souls send all heaven into ecstasy, and they are the heavenly Father's favorites. They are a sweet-smelling bouquet before the throne of God; God himself takes delight in their fragrance. These souls have a permanent abode in Your Most Compassionate Heart, O Jesus, and they unceasingly sing out a hymn of love and mercy.
A truly gentle and humble soul
Already here on earth the air of paradise breathes,
And in the fragrance of her humble heart
The Creator Himself delights.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon meek and humble souls, and upon the souls of little children, who are enfolded in the abode which is the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls bear the closest resemblance to Your Son. Their fragrance rises from the earth and reaches Your very throne. Father of mercy and of all goodness, I beg You by the love you bear these souls and by the delight You take in them; bless the whole world, that all souls together may sing out the praises of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.
SEVENTH DAY
Today bring to Me the souls who especially venerate and glorify My mercy, and immerse them in My mercy. these souls sorrowed most over My Passion and entered most deeply into My Spirit. They are living images of My Compassionate Heart. These souls will shine with a special brightness in the next life. Not one of them will go into the fire of hell. I shall particularly defend each one of them at the hour of death.
(63) Most Merciful Jesus, whose Heart is Love Itself, receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who particularly extol and venerate the greatness of Your mercy. these souls are might with the very power of God Himself. In the midst of all afflictions and adversities they go forward, confident of Your mercy. These souls are united to Jesus and carry all mankind on their shoulders. These souls will not be judged severely, but Your mercy will embrace them as they depart from this life.
A soul who praises the goodness of her Lord
Is especially loved by Him.
She is always close to the living fountain
And draws graces from Mercy Divine.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls who glorify and venerate Your greatest attribute, that of Your fathomless mercy, and who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls are a living Gospel; their hands are full of deeds of mercy and their spirit, overflowing with joy, sings a canticle of mercy to You, O Most High! I beg You O God; Show them Your mercy according to the hope and trust they have placed in You. Let there be accomplished in them the promises of Jesus, who said to them, I Myself will defend as My own glory, during their lifetime, and especially at the hour of their death, those souls who will venerate My fathomless mercy.
EIGHTH DAY
Today bring to Me the souls who are in the prison of Purgatory, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. Let the torrents of My blood cool down their scorching flames. All these souls are greatly loved by Me. They are making retribution to My justice. It is in your power to bring them relief. Draw all the indulgences from the treasure (64) of My church and offer them on their behalf. Oh, if you only knew the torments they suffer, you would continually offer for them the alms of the spirit and pay off their debt to My justice.
Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said that You desire mercy, so I bring into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls in Purgatory, souls who are very dear to You, and yet, who must make retribution to Your justice. May the streams of Blood and Water which gushed forth from Your Heart put out the flames of the purifying fire, that in that place, too, the power of Your mercy may be praised.
From the terrible heat of the cleansing fire
Rises a plaint to Your mercy,
And they receive comfort, refreshment, relief
In the stream of mingled Blood and Water
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls suffering in Purgatory, who are enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. I beg You, by the sorrowful Passion of Jesus Your Son, and by all the bitterness with which His most sacred Soul was flooded, manifest Your mercy to the souls who are under Your just scrutiny. Look upon them in no other way than through the Wounds of Jesus. Your dearly beloved Son; for we firmly believe that there is no limit to Your goodness and compassion.
NINTH DAY
Today bring to Me souls who have become lukewarm, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. These souls wound My heart most painfully. My soul suffered the most dreadful loathing in the Garden of Olives because of lukewarm souls. They were the reason I cried out: "Father, take this cup away fro Me, if it be Your will." For them, the last hope (65) of salvation is to flee to My mercy.
Most Compassionate Jesus, You are Compassion Itself. I bring lukewarm souls into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart. In this fire of Your pour love let these tepid souls, who, like corpses, filled You with such deep loathing, be once again set aflame. O Most Compassionate Jesus, exercise the omnipotence of Your mercy and draw them into the very ardor of Your love; and bestow upon them the gift of holy love, for nothing is beyond Your power.
Fire and ice cannot be joined;
Either the fire dies, or the ice melts
But by Your mercy, O God,
You can make up for all that is lacking.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon lukewarm souls, who are nonetheless enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Father of Mercy, I beg You by the bitter Passion of Your Son and by His three-hour agony on the Cross; Let them too, glorify the abyss of Your mercy...

With thirst and longing, my eyes search you out.

Today, I took part in a one-day retreat. When I was at the last conference, the priest was speaking of how much the world needs God's mercy, and that this seems to be a special time when people have great need of prayer and God's mercy. Then I heard a voice in my soul: These words are for you. Do all you possibly can for this work of My mercy. I desire that My mercy be worshiped, and I am giving mankind the last hope of salvation; that is, recourse to My mercy. My Heart rejoices in this feast. After these words, I understood that nothing can dispense me from the obligation which the Lord demands from me. (998)
Let the glory and praise to The Divine Mercy rise from every creature throughout all ages and times. (1005)

MEDJUGORJE DAY BY DAY

JUNE 20 - GIVE ME ALL YOUR PROBLEMS The anniversary of the Medjugorje apparitions (JUNE 25) seems to be very important to Our Lady, for she begins preparing us for it days in advance. For instance, on this day in 1985, she said:
Dear children, for the coming feast day, I wish to call you to open your hearts to the Master of all hearts. Give me all your problems and worries! I want to comfort you in all your trials. Truly, I wish to fill you with peace, joy, and love for God (Weekly Message JUNE 20,1985).
St Peter speaks of the good fruit which trials can bear:
In this you rejoice, even if now for a little while you have had to suffer various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith being more precious than gold that, through perishable is tested by fire may be found to result in praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed (1 Pt 1:6-7).
Reflections:
Problems and trials are a part of life, of course, but there are several ways of dealing with them.
Rather than holding onto them through worry and fear, Our Lady asks us to, "Give me all your problems and worries," a way of saying "Let go, and let God." This trusting surrender to the Lord of our problems is the spirit behind this passage by St. Francis de Sales
Do not look forward to the trials and crosses of this life with dread and fear. Rather, look to them with full confidence that, as they arise, God, to whom you belong, will deliver you from them.
He has guided and guarded you thus far in life. Do you but hold fast to his dear hand and he will lead you safely through all trials. Whenever you cannot stand, he will carry you lovingly in his arms.

Medjugorje Day By Day June 19 - LET PEACE RULE
Pope Benedict XVI wrote of the Most Holy Eucharist, "The One whom we adore—as I was saying—is not some distant power. He has knelt down before us to wash our feet. And that gives to our adoration the quality of being unforced, adoration in joy and in hope, because we are bowing down to enter into a love that does not make slaves of us but transforms us. So let us ask the Lord that he may grant us to understand this and to rejoice in it and that this understanding and this joy may spread out from this day far and wide into our country and our everyday life" (God is Near Us).
"This Sacrament being a mystery of faith, we must believe firmly that Jesus Christ is really present in the Holy Eucharist, and that He is living and glorious there as in heaven" (St. John Vianney).

JUNE 19 - LET PEACE RULE
The Blessed Mother speaks of peace today:
Dear children, today I invite you to peace. As the Queen of Peace I have come to deepen within you my motherly peace. Dear children, I love you and I wish that all of you experience God's peace which enriches every heart. I invite you to become carriers and witnesses of my peace to this unpeaceful world. Let peace rule over all the earth, which is devoid of peace and yet longs for it. I bless you with a mother's blessing (Monthly Message July 25, 1990),
St. Peter also urges us to seek peace:
Those who desire life and desire to see good days, let them keep their tongues from evil and their lips form speaking deceit; let them turn away from evil and do good; let them seek peace and pursue it (1 Pt 3:10-11).
Reflection:
To be truly at peace we must put our lives and talents to use in serving God and our neighbor in the service of love. The prizes that the world values money, fame, or pleasure never truly satisfy. God never allows even one human being whom he has created to be content with anything short of himself. As St. Augustine wrote, "Our hearts are restless until they rest in thee." And so Our Lady reminds us that peace is a gift" which only God gives and which enriches every heart." This is the peace that comes from purpose in our lives, from loving and serving God and neighbor.
Application:
Today, pray that through your life, talents, and prayers, you may become, as Our Lady says, "a carrier and witness of my peace to this unpeaceful world.

During Holy Mass, I was so enveloped in the great interior fire of God's love and the desire to save souls that I do not know how to express it. I feel I am all aflame. I shall fight all evil with the weapon of mercy. I am being burned up by the desire to save souls. I traverse the world's length and breadth and venture as far as its ultimate limits and its wildest lands to save souls. I do this through prayer and sacrifice. I want every soul to glorify the mercy of God, for each one experiences the effects of that mercy on himself. The Saints in heaven worship the mercy of the Lord. I want to worship it even now, here on earth, and to spread devotion to it in the way that God demands of me.... (745)
The mercy of the Lord is praised by the holy souls in heaven who have themselves experienced that infinite mercy. What these souls do in heaven, I already will begin to do here on earth. I will praise God for His infinite goodness, and I will strive to bring other souls to know and glorify the inexpressible and incomprehensible mercy of God. (753)

JUNE 17 - MANY ARE SEEKING MONEY
The Gospa expresses a special concern to Mirjana:
Right now many are greatly seeking money not only in the parish, but throughout the world. Woe to those who seek to exploit those who are coming here, and blessed are those who have been exploited (Special Message March 18, 1985).
And in Mark's gospel, Jesus encounters a rich young man:
Jesus, looking at him, loved him and said, "You lack one thing; go, sell what you own, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me." When he heard this, he was shocked and went away grieving, for he had many possessions. Then Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, "How hard it will be for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God!" (Mk 10:21-23).
Reflection:
There was a barrier keeping the young man out of the kingdom: his love of money. Perhaps it represented his self-respect, accomplishments, or family name. Whatever the reason, money had become his first priority.
Why did Jesus feel it was hard for the rich to enter heaven? Perhaps because the wealthy have most of their basic physical needs met, and thus often become self-reliant rather than reliant of God. Perhaps Jesus knew that money can be a salve to dull the pain that was meant to draw them to God. Ironically, in their wealth, the rich can suffer the truest poverty, the absence of God in their lives.
Christ explained that in the world to come, the values of this world will be reversed. Those who seek status and importance here will have none in heaven, and vice versa. It is important, then, to begin to live heaven's values while still on earth.
Application:
In prayer today give Our Lady your money and possessions, asking her to help you use them unselfishly and wisely.

JUNE 18 - NOW IS THE TIME
The following was given to the locutionist Marijana:
My angel, pray for unbelievers. People will tear their hair, brother will plead with brother, they will curse their past lives lived without God. They will repent, but it will be too late. Now is the time for conversion. I have been calling you for the past four years. Pray for them. Invite everyone to pray the rosary (Special Message August 15, 1985).
IN equally strong language, Jesus urges readiness for his second coming:
For as the days of Noah were, so will be the coming of the Son Of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark and they knew nothing until the flood came and swept them all away, so too will be the coming of the Son of Man. Then two will be in the field; one will be left. Two women will be grinding meal together; one will be taken and one will be left. Keep awake therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming (Mt 24:37-42).
Reflection:
"Now is the time of conversion," the Madonna says today, echoing the words of Jesus in the gospels. Of course the bet reason for converting or deepening our faith is out of love for God, but some may need the impetus of the warnings of Christ and his Mother today. How one comes to faith is as unique as each individual.
The British educator F. H, Drinkwater tells the story of Ira Dutton, born on a farm in Vermont, a teen-age dropout from school, and an enlistee in the northern army when the Civil War broke out. Eventually promoted to officer's rank, he was twenty-two when the war ended.
From there he began the tragic downward spiral of alcoholism. For years he led a kind of double life, sober in the daytime, but drunk and carousing at night, until that time when the disease entered its final, terminal stage. At this juncture he experienced through the grace of God, a life-changing conversion and a miraculous healing of his alcoholism.
At the age of forty, he was received into the Catholic Church and changed his first name to Joseph. Two years later he read about Fr. Damien and determined to go and help him with the lepers. When he met Damien on the beach of Molokai in 1886, he told him he wanted no special treatment: "I wish only to serve my fellow man." Fr. Damien already had leprosy, and in another few moments was dead. Brother Joseph lived for another forty years on Nolokai, devoting himself to the care of lepers until his own death in 1926.
Application:
In prayer today, abandon yourself again to Our Lady, asking for the grace of deep conversion.

St. Anthony was also known as a great miracle worker who loved the poor and sick people very much. Wherever he went, St. Anthony performed many miracles to help feed the poor, heal the sick, and care for the needy. He is known as a great Doctor of the Church, patron of the poor, and finder of the lost" (Adoration for Children).

Many people think that having money makes you happy. I think it must be harder to be happy if you are wealthy because you may find it difficult to see God; you'll have too many other things to think about. However, if God has given you this gift of wealth, then use it for His purpose - help others, help the poor, create jobs, give work to others. Don't waste your wealth. Having food, a home, dignity, freedom, health and an education are all of God's gifts too, which is why we must help those who are less fortunate than ourselves.

I become lost in admiration when I recognize and experience this incomprehensible love of God with which God loves me. Who is God - and what am I? I cannot meditate on this any further. Only love can understand this meeting of two spirits, namely, God-who-is-Spirit and the soul-who-is-creature. JUNE 16 - THE MASS
Of the Mass, Our Lady says:
Dear children, I am calling you to more attentive prayer and to greater participation in the Mass. I wish your Mass to be an experience of God (Weekly Message May 16, 1985).
Jesus also speaks of the Eucharist, the living bread:
I am the bread of life. Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. This is the bread that comes down form heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh (Jan 6:48-51).
Reflection:
Stories continue to come out of China, from time to time, of the heroic efforts of the few remaining bishops and priests to keep the faith alive and nourish the underground church. One such story tells of a priest who lives and works as a coolie. By means of prearranged sign language, he gets messages around of where he is to be found usually at the corner of a local market selling soap. Customers who, like the early Christians, give a secret sign, are given a piece of soap, between the wrappings of which is hidden a small consecrated host.
The Chinese Catholic takes his purchase home and usually, after a short family service, receives communion. Clearly the most exalted gift of Christ is his very body and blood in the Eucharist. St. Ambrose wrote of the miracle: "Christ is food for me; Christ is drink for me; the flesh of God is food for me, the blood of God is drink for me. Christ is ministered to me daily."
Application:
For reflection today: Do you prepare for the Mass? Do you participate in the responses and singing? Do you spend a few minutes in thanksgiving afterwards? How can you enter more deeply into the Eucharist?

Jesus: Why America, do you refuse to acknowledge the signs that so many have prophesied to you? Why

Those who have intentionally placed your economic prosperity in this land…….will not go unpunished by the Almighty Hand of the Lord.
You have chosen to enslave your citizens in poverty, loss of employment, loss of hope.
Jesus: For those I am speaking of, who have lost so much over the last few years, I say turn back to your Savior who loves you. Turn back to me and I will help you through your difficult trials. For anyone who has the ability to help those in greater need—you will receive my blessings ten-fold. Give to one another. Help those who have lost much. Go into your communities and serve the least of your people. You can do so in groups, church groups can serve those in need when the “Lost” have no other place to turn to. Be strong my children and pray. Ask my Eternal Father to show you the way. Pray in your homes, pray in your churches.
Let a flood of prayers be received in heaven as an Ocean of Mercy for all citizens of your nation. Every country has enough “PRAYER WARRIORS” to help mitigate the soon, upcoming events of financial, economic, food and natural disasters!
Jesus: Now will you pray? How many hours of your day can you offer your Savior? How many prayers can one person pray to stop the foreseeable tragic events that will surely destroy more lives? Please my children, hearken to your Savior’s request and store up for yourselves Treasures in Heaven because all that you have can be taken from you in a blink of an eye. Go my daughter, and pray now. Pray for peace and mercy on your land, for it will not withstand the great battle of what is yet to come.

"My dearest one, rejoice, for this is not only the week of the Solemnity of Easter, but the preparation for the feast of Divine Mercy. Please spend each minute in the Presence of Myself, your Jesus of Mercy, and beloved Faustina who is the first Apostle and Image of Divine Mercy in this Age of D. M. in union with Myself, your Jesus. You and dear Harriet (Hammons) have aided an understanding and fostered a devotion to Our Mercy.
When you understand and count on Our mercy, and believe in Our mercy as Our first and foremost response to your needy pleading and total trust in the promise of mercy and forgiveness in spite of the obvious sinful lives Our people lead, you are also Apostles of mercy in union with your prayers with our dear (now) Saint Faustina for mercy and forgiveness for your loved ones, your families and friends, and for the whole world. It is a great mission of mercy when you plead for the world in this way.

You are ready now, daughter, with everything you need for these trips to the Midwest and all Our people. Do not worry, I tell you, about anything in your future. Your obedience has given you wings to use to fly above attacks of the evil one. Be encouraged and believe that you are truly protected. When you return from the Midwest and East Coast, ALL WILL UNFOLD AS WE HAVE TOLD YOU. Live in faith and trust that you will do and be all We have said and more. You are loved! Amen."
Please forgive my tardiness in sharing many of these messages: have had surgery (small stuff!) and attacks of old age!! The Father has told me recently that the advent of earthquakes and then the Warning and other destructive events will be the means to bring all the people to our homes that we have been preparing for so long; and the book I compiled : "FOR MERCY'S SAKE" is filled with important and very helpful information that everyone needs to have to understand and be most completely prepared with a total awareness of their condition, frame of mind, and how we should expect to handle them in great numbers, and what they will need most from us.
We are given the 'invitation' by the Father to please send for one of these books from me, to read and prepare fully for this immense change in our environment, fill us with the strength to handle their great loss and this influx of people into our lives and homes and families until we all move to the permanent refuges, to trust the Lord to multiply what we will need to sustain great numbers of refugees.
We WILL be able to be what they will need us to be for them, as we wait in joyful hope for the return of Jesus to fight the great battle of Armageddon after enormous changes in our lifestyles, much loss and sorrow, and hard work and continued prayer for the entire world, followed by the peace and purity of the New Era, in a Eucharistic reign, as God's Eucharistic people. Please think immediately for the importance of having this information. Do not think messages given in the past are outdated for our needs, when thy contain the direction and encouragement we need for the near future, as these do. At the start of the apparition, Angelik who was near the large cross accompanied by Fr Hayden, remained standing for about four minutes following the arrival of The Lady. He looked in her direction with a fixed gaze, passing on some messages to Fr Hayden. After this, as Angelik sat on his chair to start the rosary, Fr Hayden descended from the hill and spoke to Fr David. Apparently The Lady had requested the presence of Fr David near the cross, as both Fr Hayden and Fr David now ascended the hill to accompany Angelik, together with the members of the Theotokos group present today.
Following the Salve Regina and when the time for the message was due, Fr David stood on the left of Angelik while the person writing the message and Fr Hayden were on his right. One got the impression that The Lady was asking some questions to Fr David, which would then form part of her message as she had done on a number of other occasions. However when the message for the day was read out after the apparition, it was surprising that this exchange between The Lady and Fr David did not form part of the message. Dr Mark Xuereb was also present to follow the proceedings.
Message Given at Borg in-Nadur
This was the message given by The Lady:
My dear children and my children – the ones of my heart! This is for Fr Hayden and Fr David to pass on to the people.
My children, my Son Jesus is sending me from Heaven, that I may teach you how to build on the rock – as sensible builders do. For, if the builder wants to cheat or economise, he just skims over the work and gets on with it, no matter the outcome. The consequences then emerge as the years go by: some trouble here, some trouble there; over there a split and right here a crack. On the other hand, if the builder is good at his work and sensible, he will persist till he strikes rock.
Indeed, if bed-rock is not to be found, he will lay down concrete. Indeed, my children, if the building is erected on loose shale, just as this ground up here, it will collapse at the first storm. The rains will come and carry all away. If, on the other hand, it is founded on rock, rains may come, but the building will not be carried away since it is built on rock.
The same will happen to you, my children, if you take these things lightly or as a mere curiosity. You would be erecting your building on the sand or clay. A few years will elapse and all will come tumbling down. If you erect your building on the rock: prayer and the Eucharist, if you were to build on these, the building will never be wrecked.
Take hold of the situation your country is facing at present and construct it on rock(1). I am referring to the Eucharist and to prayer. Prayer–among other forms, the simple prayer, the prayer of the rosary.
Indeed, my children, work like that sensible builder and I assure you that your work will yield good results.
Thank you for having listened to my call.
(1) The situation in the country is an upcoming referendum on the introduction of legal divorce in Malta. The message tells what the Lady wants the people to do in the situation (see also P315).
Before her departure, The Lady called the three persons who organize the Rosary-Chain at Borg in-Nadur. Mr Paul Licari announced after the rosary that in fact she had asked for another Rosary-Chain to be organized for the coming weekend. The intention of the rosaries will be for the prevention of introduction of divorce legislation in Malta & Gozo.
During his testimony of the apparition, Angelik said that today The Lady came with her cupped hands full of gems and diamonds. The rosary-beads hung on her left arm. The gems and diamonds seemed to melt and flow down glistening from between her fingers like cascading water.
Testimonies
The only testimonies given today was that by Raymond Vella, presumably because the MIR Prayer Meeting was held the day before and on a Tuesday, which normally is the day that Angelik welcomes people at his house for a number of recitations of the rosary.
Raymond was in Birzebbugia at Angelik’s house yesterday evening after he had taken Angelik’s son to Catechism lessons. Angelik and he had not gone to the MIR Prayer Meeting that was being held at the same time in Naxxar. As he was drinking a cup of coffee, Catherine called Angelik for dinner. As Angelik got up, Raymond said that Angelik fell into an ecstasy and made his way to a bed on that floor to lie down. Then Angelik went through the experience that he normally has during the MIR Prayer Meetings when he accompanies souls that are on their way to Heaven. Angelik has this experience during mass when the priest is consecrating the bread and wine. According to Angelik, these souls are also present during the apparitions of Our Lady at Borg in-Nadur for some time.
Raymond went on to say that at that moment, the Angel communicated with him by means of Angelik and asked him to phone Andre, a member of Theotokos who was at the MIR Meeting, to see what was happening at that moment in the Prayer Meeting. Andre confirmed that in fact the priest was doing the consecration.
Fr Hayden – Summary of Reflections
Fr Hayden referred to the parable in the Gospels of the wise and the foolish builders. The parable illustrates the importance of building one's life on the teachings and example of Jesus and that it is not enough to hear His words; they must be obeyed. Extending this argument to the current situation in Malta regarding the possible introduction of divorce legislation, Fr Hayden said the teachings of Jesus against divorce are clear and well know by the Maltese. We will build our society on solid rock if we take the right decision, otherwise we will be building on sand. Storms will come our way whether we decide in favour or against divorce, Fr Hayden continued. However if we take the correct decision we will withstand the tempest as the foundations will be solid.
Fr Hayden concluded by reminding everyone yet again on the extraordinary power of the prayer of the rosary, especially when recited in the presence of the Eucharist. He also referred to our forefathers, who asked for the help and intercession of Our Lady in very difficult circumstances such as the Second World War. Their prayers were answered and it is important for us to believe that Our Lady can help us again to take the right decision.
Since 21st April 2006, Our Lady has been appearing to Angelik Caruana. These apparitions are being followed by the local Church. Our Lady asserts in her messages that she is being sent by her Son Jesus because He loves humanity and because their hearts are hurt through the many sins being committed. She particularly mentions abortion, divorce, euthanasia, pornography, abuse on children, adultery, bad use of sex and the internet, wars and the shortfalls of the religious.
Declaration: In conformity with the decree of Pope Urbanus VIII and with the directives of Vatican Council II, we declare that we have no intention of superseding the judgement of the Church about the supernatural nature of the events and alleged messages from The Lady of Borg in-Nadur reproduced here. This judgement remains in the hands of the competent Church authorities. We attribute to the messages only the value of human testimony.
