JUNE 5 - BE RECONCILED
The Virgin today speaks of reconciliation and unity:
Pray, because I need more prayers. Be reconciled, for I desire reconciliation among you and a greater love for each other, like brothers. It is my wish that prayer, peace, and love blossom within you. (Locutionnist Jelena & Mirijana February 2, 1984).
St. Paul calls for unity and reconciliation within the church at Corinth:
I have applied all this to Apollos and myself for your benefit, brothers and sisters, so that you may learn through us the meaning of the saying "Nothing beyond what is written," so that non of you will be puffed up in favor of one against another. For who sees anything different in you? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you received it, why do you boast as if it were not a gift (1 Cor 4:7).
Reflection:
Both Paul and Our Lady call us to unity and a non-judgmental attitude toward others. We may be tempted to judge a fellow Christian, evaluating whether he or she is a worthy follower of Christ. But only God knows a person's heart, as Paul stresses today, and he is the only on who has the right to judge.
The Corinthians, to whom Paul was writing, had split into various factions, each following its own spiritual leader. Each clique believed it was the only one that had the whole truth, and was proud of it. Paul chided them for their arrogance and emphasized that they were all humble servants of the Lore, simple messengers of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
His exhortation was like that of Our Lady's today:
"Be reconciled, because I desire reconciliation among you, and more love for each other, like brothers."
Application:
Sometimes friction or rivalries cans develop among various parish groups, organizations, or individuals. Today, make a commitment to the Lord to be a peacemaker within your home parish. Pray that all will be united in the service and love of Christ.

My children of the world, remove those blindfolds from your eyes; instead of seeing all the faults of others begin with changing your own life. Are you the saint I expect you to be after all the many messages We have been giving you and all the additional graces? Do not imitate the Pharisees but the humble sinner who stood at a distance. Examine your conscience daily and not for the sins of others but for your own sins, and ask for forgiveness with a repentant heart and for the graces needed to amend your life.
My little ones, truly I tell you, you still have a long way to go before attaining your goal of becoming a saint. My little ones, open your hearts to the misery of others and stop constantly seeking to please self: imitate Mother Teresa in your daily life.
Come, My little ones, Heaven awaits you with all its glory.

Blessed Mother says: "Praise be to Jesus."
Our Lady appears holding a rosary made of roses. She says: "I have come to help you see that many parts make up the whole. When all these roses or Hail Mary’s are put together, they can equal one prayer and one prayer intention."
Then Blessed Mother shows me a picture which outlines intentions on the rosary.
"I invite you to see that each of these intentions is pro-life:"
"You seek My protection over the unborn."
"You pray for guidance for all involved in the abortion industry, and mothers considering abortion."
"You pray for the conversion of anyone who supports abortion."

Following the referendum on whether or not to introduce divorce legislation in Malta held on the 28th May and the victory to the ‘yes’ camp, it appears that all the warnings of The Lady have fallen on deaf ears. Contrary to her advice, the majority of the Maltese still decided to take a bold step and place their valued families on a slippery slope.
If one thought that The Lady would change subject and return to the more traditional form of message, it was not to be since a true mother never abandons her beloved children. Her warnings, together with an old promise which she hasn’t forgotten, continued.
During this rosary and the dictation of the message, one could observe Angelik pointing to the tree under the central cross. After the departure of The Lady, Angelik descended the hill and apparently remained in an ecstatic state as he rejoiced, with the members of the Theotokos group seemingly bewildered by his unusual behaviour. However he then slumped onto a chair and returned to his normal.
When it was his turn to address the crowd, Angelik said that from the fifth, which he then corrected to the forth decade of the rosary, until the end of the apparition, he could see that The Lady was crying. The long prologue to the message was left out altogether by Angelik but added later to the official message.

At a certain moment during the recitation of the rosary, a quantity of cotton-like clouds appeared around the Lady. These clouds then came together and formed one single cloud. The Lady sat on it. She held the rosary-beads in her right hand–just as when the beads are being prayed. At the same time, in her left hand she held a crucifix from its lower wooden end. Jesus appeared to be alive and in great agony.
Suddenly, at the Lady’s feet, on the right side, a serpent appeared. It was about two and a half meters long. At the same instant, on the left side of the Lady, at the same level at which she was seated, there appeared the orb of the world. It rotated slowly. The serpent slithered at the Lady’s feet. Its head was green and streaked with a single red line, while the rest of its body was yellow and red. It then happened that the Lady glanced at the serpent and pounded its head under her right foot. The serpent was enraged. It stuck out its tongue and spat out a yellowish liquid. Several times it tried to strike the earth with its tail, but failed.
As the Lady crushed the serpent’s head, a group of twelve Capuchin Friars and group of twelve Dominican Sisters appeared on her right side. They wore the religious habit of their Orders. To the left of the Lady there appeared a group of twelve diocesan priests and a group of twelve Jesuits. The priests were dressed in black cassocks while the Jesuits wore black cassocks with a black sash around the waist.
The Lady was seated in the middle of a semi-circle that these four groups formed. They gazed at the serpent and at the earth. Using both hands, they all held before them an upturned gleaming sword. A rosary-beads was hanging on every sword.
The Lady wept right through the last decade of the rosary and up to the end of the Salve Regina.
My dear children and my children–the ones of my heart! The words that I speak today are for Fr Hayden and Fr David to pass on to the people.
No one is allowed to kill. No one. Nor may you express anger with your brother. You may not even fight with your brother. And I say it once again: no one may kill. You may not even turn off the (life-support) machines. No one may take the life of another.
Adultery: if you look upon a woman or a man to desire them, you would have already fallen into sin. Not even a thought should enter your mind concerning the husband or wife of another.
Divorce, my children! Divorce, my children! Do not seek it. Do not attempt to live it, not even if the Government were to introduce it through the law of the land. No one is to practice it.
You are not to take false oaths. You are not to lie, or to accuse your brethren.
Flee sin, my children. Flee sin. Do not let it get in your way. One is as guilty of sin as one is aware of its sinfulness, my children.
Indeed, my children and my own little children, I ask you to pass these messages on for me today. Expose them so that the truth may emerge, my children.
And the water from beneath this tree will not take long to start issuing and flowing. Birds are to seek shelter beneath its bows and people are to be healed by the water–as long as you will have faith. Water will emerge up here once the people go through a great conversion. Yes, it will emerge and bring about great wonders. This water is never to be sold.

Mama Mary: He carried and carries the weight of all my children’s sins. What a great weight this is as it

are awake, now the blinders are removed and I ask you to take your place, to be his consoler,
to be his Simon, his Veronica, his weeping women, in repentance, to be the thief who at the last moment,
believed and converted, and finally stand at the foot of the cross with me, as He makes me Your Mother.

Fifth sorrowful mystery: Crucifixion
Mama Mary: There was nothing he did not offer to the Father to save you. He gave his will, his heart,
his actions, his soul, his divinity (I asked the meaning of this word 'divinity'). He did not try to assert his power
to free himself from this painful crucifixion yet the evil one tried with all his might to convince Him to use His power
to spare himself. Before He breathed his last, He gave me, his beloved Mother, that which consoled Him
the most, his sweetest ‘possession’, to you. In love, He gave me to you. He gave all to you, to save you! He
emptied all that was worth giving and freely and lovingly offered all up to the Father for you, for you, you see?

Prepare by putting into practice the contemplative prayer and by getting into the habit of interiorizing yourself before making any decision; and if the decision requires immediate action and cannot wait until your prayer time, take the time to silence yourself, and listen to what your heart tells you.
Get into the habit of always asking the Holy Spirit to guide you in this way; this is of the utmost importance, My children, and someday you will be very glad that you have made a habit of doing this. For now it will bring great peace and joy into your life. Treasure these lessons, My little ones, for they are meant not only to bring you to sainthood but also to guarantee you happiness in this life.

While in Church I had the following vision.
I saw a heart on a map of the United States and the heart had a dagger going through it and blood was flowing from the heart. I then saw a map of the United States and it was being torn in two, almost down the middle. I asked why this would happen to the United States and I then saw another scene of DEAD BABIES being stacked likes cords of wood and being carried off in wheel barrels.
I then realized that ABORTION IS DESTROYING THE UNITED STATES. ALL THE NATURAL DISASTERS, THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE, AND SOCIAL PROBLEMS INCLUDING THE DESTRUCTION OF THE FAMILY ARE ALL LINKED DIRECTLY TO ABORTION. BY ALLOWING AND PROMOTING ABORTION THE UNITED STATES IS DESTROYING ITSELF!

Pilgrimage to Europe (7)
Dear Friends,
On Saturday, May 7, 2011, I got up early in our hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo, prayed and after breakfast around 8:00 a.m. we left for the town of Lanciano to see the great Eucharistic miracle that took place there in the 8th century. A priest monk was celebrating Holy Mass one day and he doubted that Jesus was really present in the Eucharist. After the consecration the host started to bleed and turned to flesh. In examining the host the scientists found that the flesh was part of the heart. In the chalice appeared big globs of blood and all these are still present in this church today. This was my third time to see this miracle and again I was struck seeing this miracle before my eyes.
I celebrated Holy Mass in the very chapel where these miraculous relics are kept. I am sure all those on the pilgrimage made an act of faith from the heart believing that Jesus is present alive in the Holy Eucharist. I had a very special experience at Holy Mass for a whole week while I was in Africa. During that week when I pronounced the words of consecration, a great aroma of flowers covered the altar and it would remain on the altar until I put the Eucharist into the tabernacle. This lasted seven days and the religious sisters who sat in the front of the church approached me one day and asked what was the aroma they smelled at the consecration. Jesus was letting us know in a beautiful way that He was present on the altar at the consecration of the bread and wine into His very body and blood.
Soon after the celebration of Holy Mass, we left by bus for another town called Loretto, which would be north of Rome in Italy. As we entered the big church, we could see on the left of the altar the special building, which is the house of Nazareth. It was the home of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. Most likely it was built by St. Joseph, as he was a carpenter. The story is that it was brought to Loretto by the angels. I spent about half an hour inside this holy house in prayer. Our Blessed Mother spoke to me in Her home saying, "Melvin My son, welcome into My home I lived in while I lived in Nazareth. This was also Joseph's home and it is here that My Son Jesus lived and grew up.
I now have another home, which is My little shrine in Prince Edward Island. I love this shrine and I am there to bless all those who come to visit Me. I am praying for all My sons and daughters that they will repent of their sins and follow their Savior and Lord. Melvin, I am working with you for all that Jesus has asked you and for My special request. I call you all to prayer every day. I love you."

Pilgrimage to Europe (6)
Dear Friends,
On Friday, May 6, I got up at the hotel just outside of Rome at 6:00 a.m. and after washing and saying some prayers I went down to the dining room for breakfast. By 8:00 a.m. we were all on the bus on the way to the famous Cave of St. Michael, the Archangel, south of Rome. The Archangel appeared there many years ago and they built a beautiful chapel in his honor deep in a cave.
We all went to the chapel to see the beautiful statue of the Archangel and to pray before the altar. After our visit to the cave we went to a restaurant to eat and then we made our way to our buses. We drove down the Italian Peninsula along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. There are plenty of hills and mountains and villages and towns everywhere.
Afterwards I sat not far from where the body is and I prayed to this saint for his intercession.
He spoke to me saying, "My brother, I know the Lord and Our Blessed Mother have come to you often during the past years. You have a special mission to carry out for them. Be always opened to all that they ask you and continue your ministry as a priest. Many people have been healed through your intercession, so continue your work. I am praying for you that there will soon be progress in starting the Societies of the Brothers and Sisters of Jesus. You have already a small shrine to Our Lady of Prince Edward Island and now She wants a bigger shrine. I am praying that this will begin soon. I bless you and all the members of the group that is traveling with you."

Pilgrimage to Europe (5)
Dear Friends,
On Thursday, May 5, I got up at 6:00 a.m., washed and prayed and I had breakfast at 7:00 a.m. It was a beautiful sunny day in Rome as we left at 8:00 a.m. to go and visit St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican. I had been there many times before but it is always a joy for me to visit this huge church. As our group entered St. Peter's, we found that there were already thousands of people inside visiting this beautiful church. I went to the famous statue, the Pieta, a statue of Our Blessed Mother holding her dead Son, Jesus, in her arms. As soon as they had removed His body from the cross, they had placed Jesus' body on the lap of His Mother. This statue is very touching and very sad.
Then I visited the various altars on the side of the church and saw where they had placed the body of Blessed John Paul II. I prayed there at the tomb of our newest blessed who was beatified by Pope Benedict XVI on May 1, 2011. Memories of this great Pope flooded my mind especially when I concelebrated Holy Mass with him in Ndola, Zambia, in Africa and when he shook my hand and told me "Bless you father." This church is very big and it would take a whole day to see everything in it. I also went to pray at the tomb of Pope John XXIII, the great Pope of Vatican II.
"I bless you, Melvin My brother, and all My brothers and sisters throughout the world. There is great joy here in Rome these days because of the beatification of Pope John Paul II. He was loved by many people throughout the world. He is now with Me here in heaven and he is praying for all of you. Pray, My friends, for the conversion of all the people of the world. Pray that they may receive the graces they need to believe in Me with all their hearts, to repent of their sins and to receive My mercy. In this church, the centre of the Catholic Church, many come here from all over the world and many receive special grace to follow Me. I love you, My brothers and sisters, and I bless you."

This talk of the Pope touched me because it reflected what I wrote in my book "The Art of Contemplative Prayer."
Here is a quotation from the Vatican:
Addressing the pilgrims gathered in St. Peter's Square, the Pope explained that, beginning this Wednesday, "drawing near to Sacred Scripture, the great tradition of the Church Fathers, the masters of spirituality, and the liturgy, we will seek to learn how to live even more intensely our relationship with the Lord, as if it were a type of "School of Prayer".
"We know", he said, "that prayer should not be overlooked. It is necessary to learn how to pray, almost learning this art ever anew. Even those who are very advanced in their spiritual lives always feel the need to attend the school of Jesus in order to learn how to truly pray".

Pilgrimage to Europe (3)
Dear Friends,
On May l, in the evening, we left Poland and went to a hotel in the Czech Republic. The next day we crossed the Czech Republic and entered Austria. We went to a nice little church near the highway where I celebrated Holy Mass with the whole group. The name of the church is "Our Lady in the Forest," as the church is surrounded by woods. The story is that Our Lady appeared there many years ago and the people built a nice little church to honor Our Blessed Mother.
After I received Holy Communion and after distributing Holy Communion to all those present, I sat down and St. Anthony spoke to me saying:
"I bless you, Father Joseph Melvin, as you visit my shrine today. You have received a special healing today through the power of the Holy Spirit. You will know what it is later on. I am praying to Our Lord and Savior for the Shrine of Our Blessed Mother in Prince Edward Island and for the foundation of the Contemplative Brothers and the Contemplative Sisters of Jesus. Work together with Our Lord and Our Blessed Mother and all that they asked will be accomplished."

Pilgrimage to Europe (2)

It is there that Jesus spoke to me these words, "Melvin, I am happy you hav
e come to spend time with Me on this great day in this great shrine of My Mercy. It is thanks to Pope John Paul II that this teaching about Divine Mercy has spread throughout the world.
In the name of the Church, he canonized Sister Faustina, the saint to whom I gave many teachings. In these last times, it is very important that all come to know how full of mercy I am for them and how I wish that they repent of all their sins. My love and mercy I showed you all by My suffering and death on the cross. Come to Me and I will fill you all with My mercy. The 1st of May is also the Sunday of Divine Mercy proclaimed by Blessed Pope John Paul II. So a group of us joined together in a quiet place and slowly and reverently prayed the chaplet of Divine Mercy saying, "Heavenly Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world."
Then we repeated ten times the prayer: "For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world." We started the chaplet with the Our Father, Hail Mary and the "I believe in God." At the end of the chaplet we said this prayer three times: "Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world." In the early evening we left the shrine for our hotel.

Pilgrimage to Europe
Dear Friends,
After lunch, I sat before the image of Our Blessed Mother and She spoke to me saying,
"Melvin, My son, I bless you as you come for the first time to My Shrine in Poland. You are getting special graces today here. I wish to talk to you about My little shrine in Prince Edward Island. I am very happy with the shrine and I am always present there. What you have to start now are the two religious societies: the Contemplative Sisters of Jesus and the Contemplative Brothers of Jesus. You will have to work hard to build the two monasteries as soon as possible. Come to Me if you need something and I will help you. You need to get many priests to join you. I bless you."

The Appearance to Mary of Magdala
But Mary stayed outside the tomb weeping. And as she wept, she bent over into the tomb and saw two angels in white sitting there, one at the head and one at the feet where the body of Jesus had been. "Peace be with you, My brother Joseph Melvin, and all My brothers and sisters throughout the world who believe in My resurrection. It was on Easter morning that I was raised from the dead never to die again.
The first one to see Me was Mary of Magdala who had come to the tomb early in the morning. What joy filled her heart when she recognized My voice. I told her to go and tell the Apostles that I am alive and I am going to the Father.
My dear friends, it is important that you believe with all your heart that I am risen from the dead and that I was seen by the Apostles and many more. I am your Savior who suffered and died on the cross but after three days I came forth from the tomb alive in body and soul. I now have a resurrected body never to die again. I bless you all."

Dear Friends,
Jesus' Departure; Coming of the Advocate
(Jesus said) "I did not tell you this from the beginning, because I was with you. But now I am going to the one who sent me, and not one of you asks me, 'Where are you going?' But because I told you this, grief has filled your hearts. But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you.
But if I go, I will send him to you. And when he comes he will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and condemnation: sin, because they do not believe in me; righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me; condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemned." "I greet you and bless you, My brother Joseph Melvin, and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. Holy Week is fast approaching when you will relive again My passion and death on the cross and My resurrection from the dead. I told My Apostles that I had to leave them so that the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, could come upon them. I had to leave so I could send Him to you. The Holy Spirit is the greatest gift I sent you, so welcome Him every day in your heart.
All those who believe in Me and are baptized receive the Holy Spirit. You can receive Him every day if you call on Him to come into your heart and pray every day. He will guide you in all the truth, especially the truth I gave you and that truth is preserved by My Church founded on Saint Peter and the Apostles. It was at Pentecost that the Holy Spirit came upon the Apostles and on that day My Church was born. Be full members of My Church and follow all her teachings. JUNE 4 - I CALL YOU TO HUMILITY
The Blessed Mother calls us to humility today:
Dear children, today I call you to humility. These days you have felt great joy because of all the people who have come here, and to whom you have spoken with love about your experiences. With humility and an open heart, continue to speak with all who are coming (Weekly Message JUNE 27, 1985).
Jesus also speaks of humility, of becoming children in the hands of God:
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heave?" He called a child, whom he put among them, and said, "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Mt 18:1-4).
Reflection:
Christ points to the characteristics of a child to help his self-centered disciples get the message. We are not to be childish (like the disciples, arguing over petty issues), but rather childlike, with humble and sincere hearts.
The disciples had become so preoccupied with the organization of Jesus' earthly kingdom, they had lost sight of its divine purpose. Instead of seeking a place of service, they sought positions of advantage. How easy it is to lose our eternal perspective and to seek to fulfill our own ambitions. How hard it is to identify with little children, humble and dependent people with little status or influence.
Application:
Thoreau once wrote, "Humility like darkness reveals the heavenly lights." Today as Our Lady asks, pray for this virtue which deepens our trust and peace.

June 1, 2011 - Our Lady of Light

My dear son,
It is with great sadness that I am visiting with you this evening, for there is so much sadness in the world right now, because of all the sins of mankind that have been committed against My Son, the Redeemer of the world.
As you know now, there are many catastrophic events taking place in your world. So I am saddened because of the necessity for these things to be happening. It is difficult for me to explain to my children in a way that you may understand, how the workings of the world are affected by the sins of mankind, for your scientists in their material pursuits to explain what is happening are ignoring the problem that is so boldly staring many of you in the face, as the terrible events continue to roll across the Earth.
If your scientists focused on the power of the Universe, as ordained by the Father in Heaven, and they extrapolated the knowledge that is available to all of you from the origins of creation, they would begin to understand the delicate nature of all that there is in the material Universe as created by the Father of all of you, my children.
What should be so readily understandable to all of you is that humanity must recognize the Divine Nature of the Holy Trinity, and the relationship that the Father in Heaven, the Son, who is with you in so many ways in these End Times, and the Holy Spirit have, while maintaining different but parallel roles in saving humanity from the terrible things that can happen to all of you, my children.
The powers of Heaven control all that there is in the Universe, as designed by the Father in the very creation of the Universe, and what you are seeing that is happening around your world now is a result of mankind through many different actions, spitting in the face of God. Therefore, the events are now taking place that you may recognize as the beginning of a tribulation. Again, I must say that it is because of all of the sins of the world.
There are many among you now, who are doing the work of the evil one, who is my most bitter foe, as well as the direct foe of My Son, the Redeemer. It is through the actions directly and indirectly of these minions, who are doing the work of the evil one that the most cataclysmic events are taking place.
You must understand that there are many among you, who are more responsible than the rest of you for the terrible things that are taking place, for they have literally sold themselves to the dark one in their pursuit of earthly powers, which are fueled by their greed and hubris for the material things of life that many of you cherish so proudly.
Alas, I hope that those of you, who are hearing me and following my words, fully understand that it is the sin of greed that is causing so much pain and suffering for my children.
You may recall during the life of My Son that he was furious with the activities of the moneychangers in the Temple, for they were desecrating the House of His Father. My Son recognized then, as He does now, that it would be the moneychangers of the world through their greed and avarice, who would most directly interfere with the Original Plan of Creation that the Father in Heaven has ordained for His children.
By now, many of you are beginning to understand that there are those among you, who are attempting to exert power and control over the rest of you here on Earth. They are doing satan’s work for naught. How difficult it will be for many of them, who are doing the evil one’s work without realizing who their master truly is.
But for many of these self-proclaimed power brokers, they know all too well that they have literally sold their souls to my Son’s adversary for nothing but fleeting power, fame, and creature comforts. How foolish such a life is that is reduced to seeking only the things of earthly creatures and forsaking the Eternal Life that has been ordained for all of you, my children, if you choose to recognize the Triune God, consisting of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, as your Lord and Master.
The plan for all of you for eternal salvation is quite simple. Recognize My Son, Jesus Christ, as the Redeemer of the world. Live a fulfilling life in prayer and reception of the sacraments of My Son’s one, holy, and true church. Love the Father in Heaven as your source of creation and life. Love yourself and your neighbor. Perform good works, especially now that there is a great need in this world to help one another, a need that will continue to grow and grow. Recognize most of all that your Love of God, self, family, neighbors and friends is the most powerful force in your world to bring you through these troubling times.
It saddens me to inform you that things will continue to be more difficult for you now. It may seem like an eternity for those of you who are living in sin, but time is speeding up now, as you are aware, and for many of you the difficult times will transpire almost as if in the blink of an eye, because you realize that you have been doing God’s work. If you continue on the path of doing the Lord’s work, you will be rewarded eventually, but perhaps not in this world in ways that you pray for.
Understand that ultimately the Father in Heaven knows what is best for each and every one of you. Do not find fault with your Father for the terrible things that are happening. Find fault with the sin. Recognize that all that is bad in your world comes ultimately from the evil one, not from the Triune God.
If you do these things, the transition that all of you must go through will be less difficult. Many of you will find peace and serenity during the most terrible times, because you know in a very powerful way that your Father in Heaven, My Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are with you, separately and as One, throughout your entire journey.
And knowing this, what is it that you should fear as you prepare to usher in a New Heaven and a New Earth as a missionary of the Creator in Heaven!

Me: Lord, grant strength of body, mind, soul and especially spirit to Sr. C.- my friend who left manila to take care of her sick mother in India. She is tirelessly working in your vineyard (she is a nun whose administrative role is to manage the educational curriculum including spir formation of poor kids in the province of p, galera but has decided to take some time off to personally care for her aging mother in India. Together with her other sisters, they take shifts in a year to care for their mom who cannot do anything for herself anymore. She is already difficult to care for and needs 24 hr care. They prefer to do it themselves even though they could hire a caregiver to do this for them. )
Please remove the heaviness, and despair that may keep her from honoring her deep desire to serve and care for her mother in these latter stage of her life. Remove the depression, the tears that come from the loss of connection, she is experiencing when her mom does not recognize her anymore. Let her feel the grace, the gift that Life, even so diminished, so handicapped (her mom can't fend for herself anymore) still is PRECIOUS, is still a blessing. Lighten the heaviness that is sure to plague her as she daily faces the challenge of caring for that whom she loves so much but clearly can no longer connect to. Grant her abundant patience as she struggles to care for her mother for these next few months. Grant her extra grace that flows from your sacred heart and fuse it always to the heart of your Mother and ours. May she fuse all that pain and offer it at the foot of your cross. Grant her peace.
Jesus: Yes, do not tire begging for strength, for endurance, for a lightening of the load of your brothers and sisters. (big sigh) What struggles you all are enduring as one kingdom built on sand shakes in its foundation in order to melt into nothing and the new eternal kingdom of our Father will rise strong, simple, humble compassionate and ever joyful and hopeful amidst the tears. What tears are coming but these tears I suffuse with my precious blood to turn into worthy offering before our heavenly father. Yes, you balk at the prospect of what lies ahead of you in your immediate future. But know my children that the greater your trust in me, in our holy Trinitarian Godhead, the greater the outpouring of grace that will be showered upon you in order to endure the coming struggles. More and more I am removing the curtain to my unseen world so my faithful flock may be strengthened and hold this vision of glory in their hearts.
There is a birthing pain that will come as the kingdom is restored. Many struggle to carry their crosses. But the path grows steep as your soul gets immersed in greater darkness for it is also the last thrashing of the enemy's slithering body and tail..My children, do not underestimate his strength. Do not believe you have the strength to battle him on your own. You know how weary you can become, the cross gets heavier.
Instead hold on to the conviction that my grace, my power, my love and mercy overpowers whatever sin and evil is in the world. The world cannot break you when you are under our protection. Always cover yourself with our Mother's mantle, Always cover yourself with my precious blood - for I shed it most in the last moments, not only to flood the blind and make them see, but in order to suffuse you with a greater light due to the greater darkness you will find yourself drowning in at times. I ask that you try, you get up when you fall, I ask only that you give your all and when your strength fails you, my strength takes over. My strength, my blood, my sacrifice shall sustain you through these tough moments. I urge you who still hold back a part of yourself, to give me your all.
The completion of the restoration of heaven on earth requires all the strength you have gained in your journey and acting on faith, on the deeper faith you have gained thus far. It is not just your cooperation that is asked. Rather we ask the strength of your faith, this deep desire to love and thank God the Father, to be expressed fully(your fruits-charity and forgiveness most of all) in order to see this vision through to its final phase of completion. Much is the preparation necessary, and yes, your feelings of inadequacy, your cries that you are not strong enough we hear and know. Trust that none of your experiences have been accidental. In our father's plan, trust that he manages the flowing movements of this vast universe outside, so too does he manage each circumstance in your life to mold you to resemble Him , to resemble His new church and thus He manages the balance and rhythm of your internal universe and draws everything closer to Him.
In these dark times you have been called.

All the preparation you are being made to exercise is to benefit you for the crucial times ahead. You understand how you could easily let go and fall from grace, from the spiritual path, by losing your balance. Just as the weather swings to extremes do you not see how quickly events can flare and shake you off the center of your peace, and lose equilibrium (I recalled the other day when I lost my patience and was so angry because what I had been working hard to show someone I was helping them was totally reversed, both in motive and in understanding. In order to avoid releasing further hurtful and angry words I had to withdraw from that 'emotionally charged' moment and pray and get my peace back which was definitely not easy! Still I had released some anger and this really upset me too later on. Mea culpa!)

JUNE 3 - READ THE BIBLE
Today the Blessed Mother speaks of sacred scripture:
Dear children, today I ask you to read the Bible in your homes every day. Put it in a visible place where it will always remind you to read it and pray it (Weekly Message October 18, 1984).
St. Paul also speaks of the value of scripture:
All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that everyone who belongs to God may be proficient, equipped for every good work (2Tm 3:16-17).
Reflection:
A record price of two million dollars was paid recently for a copy of the Latin gospels, dated 997. The book, originally printed in Germany, is 9 x 6½ inches long and consists of 168 parchments pages illustrated with colorful scenes from scripture.
Those who place such value on works of art could gain far richer treasure if they were to become as motivated to study the scriptures as were the monks who adorned them so beautifully. The original artists devoted painstaking effort to the long and arduous task of copying the gospels by hand and embellishing the margins. They were sparked by the ardent desire to glorify God and to remind their fellow men and women of the lasting beauty of his inspired word.
Application:
Today let us simply take Our Lady's advice to, "read the Bible every day in your homes, and let it be in a visible place so as to always encourage you to read it and pray."

Today, June 2, 2011, Our Lady appeared to the visionary Mirjana and gave the following message:
"Dear children; As I call you to prayer for those who have not come to know the love of God, if you were to look into your hearts you would comprehend that I am speaking about many of you. With an open heart, sincerely ask yourselves if you want the living God or do you want to eliminate Him and live as you want. Look around you, my children, and see where the world is going, the world that thinks of doing everything without the Father, and which wanders in the darkness of temptation. According to Mirjana, Our Lady looked sad during the apparition. When Our Lady spoke about "the light of the Truth and the Holy Spirit,” a unique light was visible behind her. Before the apparition was over, Our Lady blessed everyone present and their religious articles, and She especially blessed the priests.

My dear child Alix, Jesus is with you; do not be afraid. The power of God will prevail against the many furious attacks of the enemy if you pray and act upon the directives of God, your heavenly Father. The battle is raging in the spiritual world of the Father and for sure victory will come to the forces of heaven over those of Hell but the victory must come to the people of faith over their tendencies to sin so that the victory may be total.
Dearest children, Your Lady of All Graces says: "Fear not; I am with the Father, in the company of My holy Son Jesus. I pray ceaselessly for My children to remain steadfast because the Devil is forever on the attack and many of My dearest children will falter, even some of the strongest ones because this is the time for decisive action of faith and arrogance is present in many hearts". Dearest children, the hour is here when the first battle will culminate in glorious defeat for Lucifer, the Devil, in charge of the forces of darkness. There will be much damage to the earth during the three days of darkness and on the third day, the earth will be transformed and the cleansing will be total for the people who by the Grace of the Father will have survived.
Dearest children, there are much too many people who are still questioning the reality of all that is prophesied to take place. If people do not pray enough for the salvation of souls, many will perish and the responsibility is on you who have not fulfilled your responsibility towards your neighbor. It is very important for you who believe to pray, pray and pray ceaselessly for the Holy Spirit to enlighten you to the reality of the height of the abomination taking place on earth at this hour.
Dearest children, the Holy Spirit will open your minds and hearts to the understanding that God can no longer permit the people on earth to desecrate and violate life which is the Father’s most precious gift to Himself when He created mankind in His Image. You are so precious to Him that He let His only begotten Son die for the sake of your salvation. He is calling you to do the same for your neighbor, even for your enemy because you are brothers and sisters to each other.
Dearest children, when people abort a child, they commit a most atrocious crime the most abominable insult to the creativity of God by usurping Him of the glory of seeing His children grow to maturity. He has placed a portion of His divine being into every child that is conceived. Jesus has spoken to His children in the message of LET THERE BE LIFE addressed to all people willing to listen and understand the importance of LIFE on earth. Jesus has placed a special blessing in His message so that anyone who claims to love Jesus may make the effort for the message of the Lord to reach every heart that truly desires to hear God’s Word and let live.
Dearest children, the people of the earth are truly in trouble and many nations, along with the U.S.A. are on the verge of DESTRUCTION. It is not enough to pray but also to ACT. One person alone cannot bring the earth’s people to spiritual rebirth. However, paired with the Holy Spirit, the battle is yours to win because you have the advantage of walking with God and His Mother.
Dearest children, it is a relentless assault by the enemy of God’s creation which you experience today. I am your heavenly Mother, Your Lady of All Graces who comes to you ceaselessly praying for you and encouraging you to pray. Dear apostles, humanity suffers. If you have eyes to see, then you will see that all around you there are children of God who have become disconnected from their Father. When a child suffers, that child is consoled if his Father is nearby and engaged with him. The child feels understood, even in his great pain. The child feels that there is ultimate safety, even when he faces temporary risk.
To know that one is destined for ultimate safety provides for a disposition that withstands any difficulty, even the prospect of death. Beloved apostles, so close to Me, do you see that you have something that most do not? Do you see that your anticipation of ultimate safety provides you with a solid wall at your back which will, someday, absorb you into Itself?
At that time, you will never be at risk again. You will be one of those who rejoices completely, not only in your own safety, but in the safety of all those around you. You will be absorbed into the Communion of Saints who now so perfectly understand the struggle of humanity that they work tirelessly and joyfully for the salvation of their brothers and sisters remaining on earth. When you finish your time on earth, you, too, will understand the great things that I accomplished through the little yes answers you gave Me on your journey through time on earth.
You will say, yes, it was worth everything. You will say this, dear friends, regardless of the amount of suffering or sacrifice you endured. But, even as I rejoice in your heavenly heading, I urge you to strain forward in My service. Others should possess this confidence and security. If I told you that there was one person who was lost and that he could be found, would you rejoice with Me? If I told you that this person, currently suffering, could be claimed for heaven through your allegiance to Me on this day, would you give Me that allegiance? For one more day?
This is what I am asking of you. Answer yes to Me. Give Me this day today. Watch, dear apostle, what I can do with your yes answer today. Look back and see what I have done with your yes answers in the past. You will see, in looking back, the barest truth about what I accomplished through you. Only in heaven will you see the full extent of what the Father has gained through your presence in His heart. Trust Me, while I obtain peace for you and peace for others through you.

Holy Folly!
For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18
Everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die. Still, you can't get there from here apart from the cross.
A whole world system has been erected in order to avoid that simple fact and it has looked for salvation in a thousand forms, all predicated on building heaven on earth by being rich enough, smart enough, socialist enough, white enough, black enough, German enough, religious enough, etc. The goal has always been the same: don't lose. Be a winner. Crosses are for suckers and saps and losers.
And so, God made this ultimately foolish thing the ultimate wisdom. He made the ultimate sign of weakness the ultimate sign of strength.
"The bread and wine, by the action of the Holy Spirit, really become the body and blood of Christ, who gives himself to be man's nourishment in his journey on earth." "The same logic of love precedes the Incarnation of the Word in the womb of Mary and his making himself present in the Eucharist. JUNE 2 - PRAY AND FAST
In January of 1984, Jelena received the following locution:
Pray and fast. For those who want to make a special sacrifice, fast up to three times a week at the most, but do not prolong it further (Locutionist Jelena & Mirijana January 22, 1984).
Jesus also advises his followers on fasting:
And whenever you fast, do not look dismal, like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces so as to show others that they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that your fasting may be seen not by others but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you (Mt 6:16-18).
Reflection:
A fruitful fast often depends on the right attitude at the beginning. Here, then, is a condensed version of a prayer for just that purpose, written by Fr. Slavko Barbaric, spiritual director to the visionaries. Loving Father, today I have decided to fast. I can remember that your prophets of old fasted, that Jesus our Lord fasted, as did his disciples. The Blessed Virgin also fasted and has called me as well. Eternal Father, I offer this day of fasting to you. May it draw me closer to you, teach me your ways, and open my eyes to see your many gifts. May love for you and for my neighbor fill my heart to overflowing.
Lord, may this fast help me to grow in understanding the hungry, the deprived, the poor. Let me see my possessions as gifts for the journey meant to be shared. Grant also to me the grace of humility and the strength to do your will.
Lord, may this fast cleanse me of bad habits, calm my passions, and increase your virtues within me. And may you, Mother Mary, obtain for me the grace of a joyful fast, that my heart may sing with you a song of thanksgiving. I place my decision to fast firmly in your hands. Teach me through fasting to be more and more like your Son, Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit. Amen.

JUNE 1 - TO BECOME PRIESTS AND RELIGIOUS
Our Lady expresses her high regard for the priesthood and religious life, and for our free will:
I would like all of you to become priests and religious, but only if you desire it. You are free. It is up to you to choose (First Years December 8, 1981).
And in his letter to Timothy, Paul calls for appreciation and support of the local church leaders (elders):
Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of the double honor especially those who labor in preaching and teaching. Never accept any accusation against an elder except on the evidence of two or three witnesses (1 Tm 5:17,19).
Reflection:
In answering questions from the visionaries about their futures, it is significant that the Virgin would first recommend the priesthood and religious life. Her esteem for these vocations is shared by St. Paul, who called on the early church to support and encourage their leaders.
It's not surprising, then, that the priesthood is a special target of the Evil One. No greater damage can be done to the church than to injure its shepherds. Add to this the apathy and secularism of many Catholics, and it is not hard to understand the discouragement of some priests and the subsequent clergy shortage.
But there are reasons for hope. Medjugorje and the Marian and charismatic movement s have been producing scores of vocations and deepening the spiritual lives of many Catholics, brightening the horizon of the church as she enter the 21st century.
Application:
Here are a few ways you can buoy the priesthood in your own area through the support and encouragement of your parish priest:
--Simply befriend your local priest; be positive and supportive rather than critical and discouraging.
--Greet your parish priest after Mass; if you liked his homily, be sure to tell him so.
--Send him a little note or greeting card at Christmas and Easter, perhaps with a gift.
--Our Lady once said, "Do not judge the priest." Gossip or slander, like any other sin, should be avoided.
--Remember that priests are human beings. Like everyone they have strengths and weaknesses, virtues and foibles. Be as accepting and supportive of them as you would of any friend.

The lure of evil!
"It is a fact that more crimes are committed in one year on television than in six major cities of the United States; a threat or an act of violence is enacted every two and one half minutes on children's television shows. In the end, the police always catch up with the criminal, thus giving a smattering of justice. It is now a mark of a simpleton to exhibit a naive surprise at the quantity of evil that is in the world. This major interest in crime indicates something new - namely, the obtrusiveness of evil. Added to this is the psychological fact that evil is pictured in someone else."

Today the Lord said to me, Daughter, when you go to confession, to this fountain of My mercy, the Blood and Water which came forth from My Heart always flows down upon your soul and ennobles it. When you approach the confessional, know this, that I Myself am waiting there for you. I am only hidden by the priest, but I myself act in your soul. May 31 - FEAST OF THE VISITATION
As she bore Jesus in her womb when visiting Elizabeth, so Our Lady wishes to bear us to he Son:
Dear children, I am with you even if you are not conscious of it. I want to protect you from everything that Satan offers you, and through which he wants to destroy you. As I bore Jesus in my womb, so also, dear children, do I wish to bear you into holiness.
God wants to save you and sends you messages through men, nature, and so many things, which can only help you to understand that you must change the direction of your life.
Therefore, little children, understand the greatness of the gift which God is giving you through me, so that I May protect you with my mantle and lead you the joy of life (Monthly Message March 25, 1990).
And from Luke's gospel, the story of the Visitation:
In those days Mary set out and went with hast to a Judean town in the hill country, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth.
When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the child leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and exclaimed with a loud cry,
"Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. And why has this happened to me, that the mother of my Lord comes to me? For as soon as I heard the sound of your greeting, the child in my womb leaped for joy. And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what was spoken to her by the Lord" (Lk 1:39-45).
Reflection:
On this feast of the Visitation, celebrated as the second joyful mystery of the rosary, Our Lady states that "as I bore Jesus in my womb, so also, dear children, do I wish to bear you unto holiness." Here Mary draws a beautiful parallel: just as she carried the unborn Jesus to her cousin Elizabeth, so she wishes to bear each of us, safe and protected, to holiness-to intimacy with God.
Her cousin was deeply aware of the greatness of the gift that Mary bore: "blessed is the fruit of your womb." In a like fashion, Our Lady asks us today "to understand the greatness of the gift God is giving you through me"--the gift of Medjugorje: the extraordinary graces, the messages which have changed the world, and the gift of her presence among us for so many years.
Application:
The spirit of gratitude is the theme of Mary's message today. In prayer, reflect on the great gifts Our Lady has given us through Medjugorje. Offer the Joyful Mysteries in thanksgiving

My dear children and my children the ones of my heart! This is for Fr Hayden and Fr David to convey to the people and to the world.
Married couples! Priests! Religious Priests! Religious Sisters! I want you all to live your vocation. Indeed, my children and my own little children. Were all to live their vocation properly, there would neither be the need of divorce, nor of dispensations, nor of separations. Yet, you are to live out your vocation well. You are to let yourselves go into my Son Jesus hands just as a bit of iron depends on the hand of the blacksmith who hammers it on the anvil. He first heats up the iron in order to soften it that it might take the shape he wants by every blow of the hammer he deals it.
As to you, my children and my own little children, it is not the first time that you too were subjected to blows of the hammer! At times you might have resisted and at others you were malleable, taking the shape he wanted to give you. Therefore, my children, and my own little children, come along one and all! Let all live their vocation and take it seriously.
I speak to you married couples: your marriage is also a vocation. You may not just break up your marriage as though nothing mattered. You are to fashion your marriage. You are to appreciate it. You are not to be like that hot iron which is just tossed into cold water รข€“ thus dealing it a shock! If your marriage were to break up and you were to believe that divorce will help, you will go cold and deal your children a shock. I tell you once more: live your vocation so as to strengthen the Maltese family and so as to be united among yourselves and I will gather you as offspring under my celestial mantle.

Since 21st April 2006, Our Lady has been appearing to Angelik Caruana. These apparitions are being followed by the local Church. Our Lady asserts in her messages that she is being sent by her Son Jesus because He loves humanity and because their hearts are hurt through the many sins being committed. She particularly mentions abortion, divorce, euthanasia, pornography, abuse on children, adultery, bad use of sex and the internet, wars and the shortfalls of the religious.

Dear Children of Humanity,
Allow Me to speak about the most fair and purest woman, so Immaculate and preserved without stain. She is your mentor, an advocate for the Truth. She directs you to My Son, enlightens you to know and to love the Trinity and to follow without knowing the way. How beautiful this fair Queen—so fair and beautiful that the angels plead that she would commission them on her behalf to your aid. They desire to hold your petitions and embrace them, to lay them at the Foot of the Throne.
How pure and loving a woman—so astute, wise and kind; so united through suffering, holy and humble, meek and patient! How blessed you are that the Most Holy Trinity has given to you the gift of this fairest Queen in this time of your need, to strengthen and to guide you, to point the way, to outline a safe path, to preserve you from harm, and to protect you from evil. In all of history throughout ages past, never has there been a Queen as pure as she! Esther led the way; Mary fulfilled the way.
For you who have eyes to see and ears to hear, could you be more blessed than to receive and to listen? All she has unveiled to you is unfolding! Are you dismayed, or perhaps, many even frightened? Are you astounded, or do you not care? Do you continue to desecrate, or do you change and have hope fulfilled with the faith of Love?
Do you not know that the angels in Heaven desire to have the power you have to suffer like unto My Son and shared by this most beloved, fair and humble servant and Queen? To love, in its purest form, is to suffer—not being distracted by fear, not being cowardly in times of challenge, but being strong, faith-filled, hopeful people of God.
Look to your most wonderful intercessor, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, who bore the Most Precious One of God!
The gift of life is given to you for all eternity by means of the woman whose “fiat,” sorrow, and suffering are greater than what the mind can comprehend. United to God and her Son, she is inseparable in suffering from Him Who redeemed the world. She, who in silence gave to the world, is your hope; and He is your salvation!
Look within and ponder, and it will be revealed to you a most wonderful enlightenment of your mind and heart.

Respect Life Sunday
Little children, praised be Jesus!
Little ones, always remember that Almighty God is merciful, kind and compassionate. He is always there for you. Always remember this, because you have every opportunity at your hand at any moment you desire to give yourself totally to Him, to follow Him, to love Him, to suffer for Him, to be a vehicle of peace, to be Him, to live in Him, and to love as He loves.
Time as you know it is quickly passing. What seemed a year ago to be a year away in your time, now has past. Quickly events and circumstances rush by you. It is hard to grasp even a moment, dwelling in the most perfect Love of God, without being distracted. Many events have unfolded, one after another, without even enough time to focus on one before another happens. Is that not what I have foretold to you?
Make your house in order by prioritizing the necessities of life, those being purity and true love of God, by following Him, being detached, being at peace, removing vices that hinder your relationship with God, and by silencing all types of gossip, slander, malice, and unjustified rejections and persecutions. Be the Light of God!
As you have witnessed, in a moment’s glance you could have all and lose all. What is the value of “life” to you? And to what means will you pursue your desires over that which God desires? You know the Commandments. You know what has been asked of you, morally, ethically, and family-wise. You have been given a gift. There is no need to seek anymore. Please, children, be the Light and love one another. Pray for wisdom and discernment.
As parents, be responsible to bring up your children with good moral values. Help them to be responsible and accountable. Help them to have self-esteem by their doing what is right. Challenge them to achieve, and they will be proud children of God. They are only a gift to you. All those around you are gifts; and when God deems fit, they return to Him. Use your gifts wisely, and know that I am here with you. I am not leaving, even if you think I am far away. Be prepared. Pray with all your heart, and do not take “life” for granted.
I take your petitions gratefully to God; and through His omnipotent, most glorious and adorable Love and power, all blessings from Heaven are upon you!

Our loving, wise, and solicitous Mother has once more given us some very precious guiding lights.
She begins this message by reminding us of the transitory nature of worldly events. Things are ephemeral. Time passes and vanishes rapidly. All our possessions can be lost in an instant. Our Mother reminds us the only important focus in our own life is God for He is our Pivot, our Center, our Beginning and End. He wants us to live, love, and exist in Him, with Him and through Him. God’s mercy and compassion are always available and He is anxiously waiting for us to respond and come to Him.
God has given us many gifts such as family, children and friends and Our Mother exhorts us to use them wisely. Of course, Our Lady of Emmitsburg is a very special gift. We are so grateful that She reiterates Her decision to not leave us as She continues to guide us.
