From Our Lord and Savior, Yeshua, and Blessed Mother Maryam... As you know they were homeless in Kemet (Egypt)
for several years, while avoiding Herod’s 10 assassins. They don’t desire you to be… so presented:

Free Foreclosure News (but always update the information and seek competent advice (such as One LA in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area) from the HUD/HOPE/FHA MAKE HOME AFFORDABLE sources listed:

WEBSITE:

I was born again, invigorated by the Holy Spirit. My doubt was removed. God revealed to me mysteries. He made darkness, light. I learned that my former living in the flesh for sin belonged to the earthly. Now I began divine living by the Holy Spirit.

"In God and from God is all our strength. From Him is our might. Through Him we who live on earth receive the hint of a condition of future bliss.”

The year following my baptism, I was ordained a priest. When Bishop Donatus of Carthage died, the faithful unanimously chose me as bishop in about the year 248 A.D.. I said, "Unconditionally, yes,” complying with my mentor's request. I was ordained bishop of Carthage.

Around the year in 248 A.D. church authorities elevated to the rank of bishop of Carthage. It was the time of the reign of terror in the persecutions of Roman Emperor Decius.

The Church’s welfare proved my first concern, along with the concomitant ridding of vices in the clergy and flock. Hopefully, my life caused the observing faithful a desire to imitate my God-given piety, humility, and wisdom with which God graced me.

I became known beyond my diocese. Bishops from other areas sought my counsel.

But persecution by the emperor Decius 249 A.D. to 251 A.D. revealed to me in a dream, forced me to hide. My life was necessary to my flock. I conducted my life to the strengthening faith and courage among my persecuted.

Prior to my leaving, I distributed the church treasury among all the clergy to help to the poor. I later sent additional funds. Through my letters (called epistles) to Presbyter (Elder)s, confessors and martyrs, I kept constant touch with Carthaginian Christians.

Some in my flock offered the Roman required sacricies to the false Roman gods. Some congregants said they did, when they did not. I was called to mediate he controversy of allowing such apostates back into the Mystical Body of Christ. Church hierarchy required they do penance before re-admittance to the Church. Because I refused to sacrifice to the false gods.

Weakened by torture, some faithful souls offered sacrifice to pagan gods. Later, these lapsed Christians appealed to confessors for a letter of reconciliation. This intercession certificate accepted the lapsed back to the Church. I wrote all Carthaginian Christians a general communication regarding this important matter.

I said that those lapsed during a time of persecution might be re- admitted to the Church only after penance and with the local bishop’s permission.

But I cautioned that Bishops must investigate the situation under which the lapse happened. Examination of the lapsed proved necessary to learn their sincere contrition.

For some of the fallen wanted immediate Church re-admittance. This stirred community turmoil. I asked counsel and opinions of other diocese bishops. All approved my rules.

During my absence, I delegated authority to four priest examiners of persons preparing for ordination to the priesthood and the diaconate. But there was mischief.

Two influential persons resisted Felicissimus, and the Presbyter (Elder), Novatus. I excommunicated Felicissimus with his six accomplices.

My letter to the African Church Carthage, cautioned all not to split themselves from Church unity. I told them to wait my return. I counseled them to obey the lawful commands of the administering bishop in my absence.

Most Carthaginian Christians remained faithful. A Local Council ended Felicissimus defiance when I returned in 251 A.D.

That enclave judged the reception of the lapsed back into the Church after a church penance. It further upheld the Felicissimus’ excommunication.

A new schism (break in the Church unity) arose through the auspices of the Roman Presbyter (Elder), Novatian. Novatus, a former Felicissimus associate, and Carthaginian Presbyter (Elder), joined the movement.

Novatian taught that if Christians repented of their sin, the lapsed Christians during time of persecution could not be re-admitted.
Both Novatian and Novatus convinced three Italian bishops during the tenure of the lawful Roman bishop Celerinus to place another bishop on the Roman cathedra.

At first, I wrote a series of circular letters to the African bishops condemning these wrongs. Later, I composed an entire tome, "On the Unity of the Church.”

Just as the attenuation of discord in the Carthage church began, a plague erupted. Hundreds died in Carthage. Folks abandoned the sick with no help. The dead were left unburied. God graced me by my example, and fortitude, to personally tend the sick and bury not only Christian, but also pagan dead as well.

Drought and famine followed, and those calamities by the barbarian Numidians. These enslaved many of the residents.

We petitioned wealthy Carthaginians to develop support methods to feed the starving and ransom captives. On top of that, Emperor Valerian (253 A.D. to 259 A.D.) ordered Christian persecutions anew again.

Paternus, the Carthaginian proconsul, ordered the faithful to sacrifice to idols. I refused. I also remained silent as to the names and residences of the Presbyter (Elder)s of the Carthage Church.

I was sent to Corubisum. Deacon Pontus voluntarily followed me into exile. After arriving, I dreamed/envisioned a quick martyr's end. I wrote letters and books. But my martyrdom at Carthage caused me to return.

However, the court set me free until the next year. During that time, Carthaginian Christians bade me farewell and asked to receive my blessing.

In a later trial, I again refused to idol sacrifice to idols. The court sentenced me to beheading. "Thanks be to God!” I said.
All the Christians present said in unified voice, “We want to die with him!"

At the execution, I blessed all present. I gave 25 gold coins to the executioner. I covered my eyes. I myself had my hands bound the Presbyter (Elder), and archdeacon standing nearby, then lowered my head.

Christians crying placed their shawls and veils by me to gather my blood.

I was martyred 258 A.D. martyred in 258 A.D.. At night, the faithful took by body and buried me in the private crypt of the procurator, Macrovius Candidianus. Some 500 years later, my holy relics were transferred to France, during the reign of Charlemagne, King Charles the Great. Hieromartyr, Aug. 31

Fr Doucette - Thu, Apr 30, 2009: "Remain in My love"

FATHER MELVIN DOUCETTE

"Remain in My love"

Thursday, April 30, 2009

Dear Friends,

Jesus and Peter

When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these? He said to him, Yes, Lord, you know that I love you. He said to him, Feed my lambs. He then said to him a second time, Simon, son of John, do you love me? He said to Jesus, Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.? He said to him, Tend my sheep.

He said to him the third time, Simon, son of John, do you love me? Peter was distressed that he had said to him a third time, Do you love me? and he said to him, Lord, you know everything, you know that I love you.

Jesus said to him, Feed my sheep. Amen, amen, I say to you, when you were younger, you used to dress yourself and go where you wanted; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go. He said this signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when he had said this, he said to him, Follow me. John 21:15 19

Here is the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words, I had chosen Peter to be My Apostle at the beginning of My public life. He spent three years with Me and he saw many miracles I performed. He heard My teachings and he often spoke that he would follow Me anywhere I would go. Yet during My Passion, he denied Me three times. It was fear that caused him to do that. After he was aware of what he did, he was very sad that he had offended Me and he cried.

It was after My resurrection from the dead that I confronted him one day and asked him three times if he loved Me. He repeated three times that he loved Me but when I asked him the third time, he was troubled as he remembered his three denials. I took away his sins and I gave him the mission to be in charge of My Church.

Never forget that I am your Savior and that I am always ready to forgive you if you repent of your sins. I forgave Peter and I will forgive you too and give you the grace to carry on your mission in the world. My death was life for you. Remain in My love.

Message to J.N.S.R. Feb. 14, 2009

Today, JESUS gives me understanding of His Knowledge.

Jesus says to you: "I AM THE WAY"

February 14, 2009 - 1st message

Change is requested of you, and you obviously need a New Constitution even before your Earth is renewed, for It will renew itself in this change.

I really feel that GOD already wants to try the heart of man, to quickly form it, for it is getting late, and GOD says to us:

GOD: You have wasted too many hours in reflection. The generations follow one another but are not alike. Open your eyes.

Before those who presently lead all Countries, a new situation is presented, a large body, like an enormous herd of cattle, being offered to a small landlord, who owns, in spite of many uncultivated pieces of land, only five cows to feed and three or four young sheep. Besides that, he has three hired men to feed, along with their families, so great is his kindness, and the present misery of the world being even greater.

Each man begins to reflect, but not too much; all those animals are hungry and thirsty. So, each comes up with their savings, to create a fund of everything they have together. They keep looking at this immense herd - What a herd! We need at least four more men......So, each man consults his eldest son. Now they are eight to tackle this work, and after a brief conversation, they gather all their small savings to keep feeding and providing the necessary water to all those beasts.

And now, they are associated, each with the same desire: to make this new venture prosper, first, by evaluating the difficulties, all the responsibilities, and especially all the work which has to be carried out by each one, so as to arrive to a beneficial outcome. But, nothing could scare them, for their poverty had united them, the present misery brought them closer, their simple rustic nature had formed them. They were brothers in the same love, pure as the air of their countryside. Everything was bearable. They confided in GOD who had brought them together. They then saw themselves as the shepherds, waiting for the Messiah: the same hope and the same love were uniting them: hope was alive in them.

Together, they prepared their land as one prepares the cradle of a child to be born, and they prospered.

"Then the whole of the Church, which celebrates the Eucharist, is praying with us. Then we are praying within the sphere of God's gracious hearing, because we are praying within the sphere of death and resurrection, that is where the real petition in all our petitions has been heard: the petition for the victory over death; the petition for love that is stronger than death" (Pope Benedict XVI).

St. Louis Marie de Montfort, Priest, Missionary (1673-1716), France—April 28
He wrote, "Do you hunger for the bread of grace and the bread of life? Draw near to her who bore the living Bread which came down from Heaven." "Place yourself humbly in the presence of God . . . . Renew your consecration [to the Blessed Virgin Mary] saying, `I belong entirely to you, dear Mother, and all that I have is yours.'"

Never let anything so fill you with pain or sorrow so as to make you forget the joy of Christ Risen.

When passing before an image of Our Lady we should say: "I greet you, Oh Mary. Greet Jesus for me."

Archbishop Fulton Sheen

The shallowness of "Let's do lunch...sometime!"
"Insincerity of a minor degree is that in which we constantly promise something that we never expect to fulfill. The `Yes Man' is Exhibit A of that group, who is always afraid to assert his own mind and who identifies agreement with agreeableness. Another form is the invitation to dinner, `Come up and have dinner with us sometime,' brings the equally agreeable and insincere answer, `Yes, I will.' The insincerity is in the indefiniteness; `sometime' can often mean, `We are not expecting you,' and its answer sometimes means, `Nor do I expect to go.'"

Tell souls not to place within their own hearts obstacles to My mercy, which so greatly wants to act within them. My mercy works in all those hearts which open their doors to it. Both the sinner and the righteous person have need of My mercy. Conversion, as well as perseverance, is a grace of My mercy. (1577)

Let souls who are striving for perfection particularly adore My mercy, because the abundance of graces which I grant them flows from My mercy. I desire that these souls distinguish themselves by boundless trust in My mercy. I myself will attend to the sanctification of such souls. I will provide them with everything they will need to attain sanctity. The graces of My mercy are drawn by means of one vessel only, and that is-trust. The more a soul trusts, the more it will receive. Souls that trust boundlessly are a great comfort to Me, because I pour all the treasures of My graces into them. I rejoice that they ask for much, because it is My desire to give much, very much. On the other hand, I am sad when souls ask for little, when they narrow their hearts. (1578)

MEDJUGORJE DAY BY DAY
These thoughts for a day are taken from a daily meditation book based on the Messages of Our Lady of Medjugorje by Father Richard J. Beyer, Ave Maria Press.

May 1 - THE MONTH OF OUR LADY
Referring to the month of May, Our Lady said:

"May this month be for you the month of the rosary and reading your Bible…"(Visionary Prayer Group May 9, 1988).

Reflection:

The month of May means that spring is here, and all of nature seems to rejoice; budding flowers and trees, green grass and sunshine, usher in a season of soft colors and new life.

This is Mary's month, of May crownings, processions, the rosary and, as she says today, a time for reading sacred scripture.

As Catholics, we are aware that the Bible is the inspired word of God, that his presence and truth are found within its pages. In somewhat the same way, nature reveals the image and beauty of God. St. Paul writes, "Since the creation of the world, invisible realities, God's eternal power and divinity, have become visible, recognized through the things he has made" (Rom 1 :20).

As spring unfolds, May we discover anew God's presence in creation, and with the psalmist sing his praise:

You visit the earth and water it, your greatly enrich it; the river of God is full of water; you provide the people with grain, for so you have prepared it. You water its furrows abundantly, settling its ridges, softening it with showers, and blessing its growth. The pastures of the wilderness overflow, the hills gird themselves with joy, the meadows clothe themselves with flocks, the valleys deck themselves with grain, they shout and sing together for joy. Psalm 65 :9-10,12-13

Application:

In celebration of this month dedicated to Our Lady, set aside in your home a May altar, placing on it an image of the Blessed Mother, some spring flowers, a candle, and a rosary. As a family, light the candle each day and offer Our Lady some special prayers, such as the rosary, the litany of Mary, or another prayer for the special intentions of the Queen of Peace.

APRIL 30 - EVERYTHING IS GOD'S GIFT

"Now the initiative no longer lies with us, in the God-man relationship, but with him, and it now becomes really serious. That is why, in the sphere of Eucharistic adoration, prayer attains a new level; now it is two-way, and so now it really is a serious business. Indeed, it is now not just two-way, but all-inclusive: whenever we pray in the Eucharistic presence, we are never alone" (Pope Benedict XVI).

"Jesus is everywhere . . . . Yes, everywhere! But in His Sacrament of the
Altar, as actually present and real as my soul within my body. In His
sacrifice, daily offered, as really as once offered on the Cross. Merciful Savior!
Can there be any comparison to such blessedness?" (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton)

Mother Teresa
Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.

Meditations by Padre Pio
Apr 30 The trials to which the Lord subjects you and will subject you are all signs of divine love and are jewels for the soul. Winter will pass and the never ending spring will come, all the more rich in beauty as violent were the storms (CE 27).

Archbishop Fulton Sheen
30-Pride is the child of ignorance

"Our hatred of a person often decreases as we learn to know him better. A boy graduating from high school is generally not as humble as when he graduates from medical school. At eighteen he thought he knew it all; at twenty-eight he feels himself ignorant in the face of the medical science he has yet to acquire. So it is with God. Because we do not pray or contemplate or love Him, we become vain and proud; but when we know Him better we feel a deep sense of dependence which tempers our false independence. Pride is the child of ignorance, humility the offspring of knowledge."

There is only one standard by which we can judge

"Proud people think themselves to be better than they are, and when criticized always believe their neighbor is jealous or has a grudge against them. The humble know themselves as they really are, for they judge themselves as they judge time, by a standard outside themselves, namely, God and His Moral Law."

Today the Lord said to me, I have opened My Heart as a living fountain of mercy. Let all souls draw life from it. Let them approach this sea of mercy with great trust. Sinners will attain justification, and the just will be confirmed in good. Whoever places his trust in My mercy will be filled with My divine peace at the hour of death. (1520)

Today the Lord said to me, My daughter, write down these words: All those souls who will glorify My mercy and spread its worship, encouraging others to trust in My mercy, will not experience terror at the hour of death. My mercy will shield them in that final battle... (1540)

My daughter, encourage souls to say the chaplet which I have given to you. It pleases Me to grant everything they ask of Me by saying the chaplet. When hardened sinners say it, I will fill their souls with peace, and the hour of their death will be a happy one. (1541)

APRIL 30 - EVERYTHING IS GOD'S GIFT

Speaking of gratitude, the Blessed Mother once said:

"Dear Children, I am calling you to complete surrender to God. Place all that you possess in the hands of God. Only than can you have true joy in your heart.

Little Children, rejoice in all that you have and give thanks to God, for everything is God's gift to you. In this way your life will be one of thanksgiving and you shall discover God in everything, even in the smallest flower." (Monthly Message April 25, 1989).

In his letter to the Colossians, Paul also speaks of gratitude:

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. (Col 2:6-7).

Reflection:

Gratitude is a universal language and characterizes the spirituality of most religions. Today let us take a look at gratitude as expressed in the Koran, the holy book of Islam:

God is he who created the heavens and the earth and sent down water from the clouds, then brought forth with it the fruits as a sustenance for you…

And he has made subservient to you the sun and the moon pursuing their courses, and he has made subservient to you the night and day. And he gives you all that you ask him, and if you count God's favors, you will not be able to number them; surely man is very unjust, very ungrateful.

Application:

Today, call to mind several reasons in your own life to be grateful to God. Offer a spontaneous prayer of thanksgiving for these gifts.

Jesus Tells Us How To Live

Today I spent time alone with Jesus in adoration as the Blessed sacrament was exposed on the altar. I made small offerings to Jesus and Mary and prayed for all with special needs and intentions.

After some prayer time, on my knees I spoke to Jesus and gave thanks and adoration and asked speak Lord, Your servant listens.

I began to see an eerie sort of light, very pale blue in color, yet illuminating. It reminded me of the light that accompanies X-rays or resembling neon lights.

Then Jesus spoke saying; Even now there are those who work to create nuclear weapons for many countries desire to overthrow the United States and its power.

See how the people, by the thousand, run in fear at the first sign or symptom of a pandemic. Truly I tell you, those who trust in Me are free of fear and anxiety. Go in peace to love and serve the Lord. Continue to pray for your sisters and brothers. Amen.

SHORT POWERFUL PRAYER THROUGH ST. JOSEPH

"Glorious St. Joseph, tenderhearted father, faithful
guardian of Jesus, chaste spouse of the Mother of
God, I ask you to join me in praising God the Father
through His Divine Son who died on the cross and
rose again to give us sinners new life. Through the
Holy Name of Jesus, pray with me that we may obtain
from the eternal Father the favor we ask. (here
state your intention)."

Say this prayer for nine consecutive days.

Fear not! God is your shelter (the 23rd Psalm and the Lord’s Prayer. God never fails). Don’t fail him. Call on Jesus. Jesus on the mainline, tell him what you want!
