"Strive for holiness every day"
Dear Friends,
Dependence on God
Jesus said, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?
Look at the birds in the sky, they do not sow or reap, they gather nothing into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you more important than they?
Can any of you by worrying add a single moment to your life-span? Why are you anxious about clothes? Learn from the way the wild flowers grow.
They do not work or spin. But I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them. If God so clothes the grass of the field, which grows today and is thrown into the oven tomorrow, will he not much more provide for you, O you of little faith? So do not worry and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or ‘What are we to drink?’ or ‘What are we to wear?’ All these things the pagans seek.
Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given you besides. Do not worry about tomorrow, tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil.” (Matthew 6:25–34)
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“My dear brothers and sisters, Our Heavenly Father created each one of you and He also created everything that exists in the world. You were created in His image and likeness with an immortal soul. You are the summit of His creation on earth. Everything in the world was created for you and you are to use it in a fitting way.
If the Father has created you, this means that He will take care of you. He will never abandon you and you are before Him at all times of the day or night.
Why do you worry about all kinds of things? Put everything into His hands and He will take care of you. Your main occupation in this world is to worship the Father, to enter the Kingdom I established among you, be a member of My Church and follow the commandments of the Father. I gave you one commandment: Love one another as I have loved you.
You know that you cannot succeed without My help, My grace. Remain united with Me and do what I have told you and your life will be a great success in the world. The success that is important is the success that counts with the Father. Strive for holiness every day.”

Dear Friends,
Teaching about Fasting
Jesus said, “When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites. They neglect their appearance, so that they may appear to others to be fasting. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you may not appear to be fasting, except to your Father who is hidden. And your Father who sees what is hidden will repay you.” (Matthew 6:16–18)
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Joseph. Jesus, Our Friend, spoke to him in these words,
“If you are My friends, you will practice discipline; you will discipline yourselves with regard to food and drink. The best way to control these appetites is by fasting.
The Church used to ask all her members to fast during Lent but of course she would be happy if you took a day or two every week and fasted by cutting down especially on your food. Fasting means just eating bread and drinking water three times a day. In fasting this way, you will become more spiritual and less materialistic.
You will also have more control over your body. It is written in the Bible that I went to the desert and while I was there I did not eat nor drink anything for forty days. It was after this fasting that the evil one came to tempt Me three times but he did not succeed to get Me to fall. I withstood every one of his temptations.
If you are in the habit of fasting, you too will have the power to reject the temptations of the evil one. I will fill you with My strength so that you can resist everything that is wrong. Lent is very near so I call on you all who are between the years of 21 and 65 to fast two days a week during that period.
Offer this sacrifice with My sacrifice on the cross to the Father so that all may come to believe in Me and repent of all their sins. Through this exercise our friendship will grow and you will be filled with peace.”

Dear Friends,
Teaching about Prayer
Jesus said, “When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, who love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on street corners so that others may see them. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go to your inner room, close the door, and pray to your Father in secret.
And your Father who sees in secret will repay you. In praying, do not babble like the pagans, who think that they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them. Your Father knows what you need before you ask him. This is how you are to pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and do not subject us to the final test, but deliver us from the evil one. If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions.” (Matthew 6:5–15)
Here below is the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“My dear friends, when you pray you lift your mind and heart to God. It is necessary of course to have faith in order to pray. The Father listens to every prayer and He is ready to grant you what you ask if it is according to His will.
I gave you the prayer ‘The Our Father’ and I want you to pray this prayer every day with all your heart. Through this prayer you honor the Father; you want His Kingdom to be present among the people on earth and that His will be done by every human being.
In the second part of the prayer you ask for your needs in your life and you ask Him to forgive you your sins and at the same time you tell Him that you will forgive those who have hurt you in any way. You ask Him to help you avoid giving in to temptation and to be delivered from Satan.
Through this prayer you will receive the graces you need to remain loyal to the Father and be My friend. You cannot be a true Christian if you do not pray regularly. I spent time with My Father every day when I was on earth. I love you.”

The Presentation of the Lord

Though these [dark nights of the soul] are frightening things, the soul should not be too fearful, because God will never test us beyond what we are able to bear.
On the other hand, He may never send us such sufferings, but I write this because, if it pleases the Lord to let a soul pass through such sufferings, it should not be afraid but, insofar as this depends on the soul itself, it should remain faithful to God. God will do a soul no harm, because He is Love itself, and in this unfathomable love has called it into being. However, when I was so tormented, I myself did not understand this. (106)
Pure love is capable of great deeds, and it is not broken by difficulty or adversity. As it remains strong in the midst of great difficulties, so too it perseveres in the toilsome and drab life of each day.
It knows that only one thing is needed to please God: to do even the smallest things out of great love - love, and always love.
Pure love never errs. Its light is strangely plentiful. It will not do anything that might displease God. It is ingenious at doing what is more pleasing to God, and no one will equal it.
It is happy when it can empty itself and burn like a pure offering. The more it gives of itself, the happier it is. But also, no one can sense dangers from afar as can love; it knows how to unmask and also knows with whom it has to deal. (140)

Feb 3 - BEGIN WORKING ON YOUR HEARTS
The Blessed Virgin speaks of our hearts today:
"Dear Children, there is a time for everything. Today I call you to begin working on your hearts. Now that all the work in the fields is over, you have found time to clean even the most neglected places--but you have left your hearts aside. I ask you now to work with love in cleansing the recesses of your own hearts. (Weekly Message October 17,1985)
Jesus also affirms the need to cleanse our hearts:
Do you not see that whatever goes into the mouth enters the stomach, and goes out into the sewer? But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this is what defiles. For out of the heart comes evil intentions, murder, adultery, fornication, theft, false witness, slander. These are what defile a person...(Mt 15:17-20)
Reflection:
400 years before Christ, Socrates wrote, "I pray thee, O God, that I may be beautiful within." The urgings of Christ and the Blessed Mother that we cleanse our hearts is due in part to their being the dwelling places of god himself. In this vein the psychiatrist Carl Jung wrote, "Too few people have experienced the divine image as the innermost possession of their own souls. Christ only meets them form without, never within the heart."
The great mystics of the church would agree with this. In the 16th century St. John of the Cross affirmed that, "In the center of the soul is God." His contemporary, St. Teresa of Avila, based her spiritual masterpiece
The Way of Perfection on the same truth--the spiritual life was primarily a journey inward to discover the presence of God within one's soul. It is this priceless treasure, the gift of God within that urges us to faith, to prayer, the sacraments, and to love--the means by which we cleanse our hearts for the indwelling Spirit of God.
Application:
In prayer today, reflect on the following: "The gift of the Holy Spirit closes the last gap between the life of God and our...When we allow the love of God to move in us, we can no longer distinguish ours and his; he becomes us, he lives us" (Austin Farrer)

Feb 2 - THE PRESENTATION OF THE LORD
On the feast of the Presentation, Our Lady seeks to present us to God:
"Dear children, again today, I invite you to abandon yourself completely to me. Only then, in turn, can I present each of you to God. Dear children, you know that I love you immeasurably, and I wish each of you to be mine. But God gives everyone freedom, which I lovingly respect, and to which I humbly submit.
Dear children, I wish that God's plan regarding this parish be realized. But, if you do not pray, you will not be able to recognize my love, nor God's plan for this parish, and for each of you.
Pray that Satan does not entice you with his pride and deceptive strength. I am with you and want you to believe that I love you. (Monthly Message November 25, 1987)
From St. Luke, the story of the Presentation:
When the time came for their purification according to the law of Moses, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord, and they offered a sacrifice according to what is stated in the law of the Lord, "a pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons."
Now there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon...Guided by the Spirit, Simeon came into the temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him what was customary under the law, Simeon took him in his arms and praised God saying, "Master, now you are dismissing your servant in peace, according to your word; for my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the presence of all peoples, a light for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to your people Israel." (Lk 2:22-32)
Reflection:
From a sermon by St. Sophronius, the 7th century bishop: "Rejoicing with old Simeon with the Christ child in his arms, let us sing a hymn of thanksgiving to God, the Father of Light, who sent the true Light to dispel the darkness and to give us all a share in his splendor." This is a day of joy, for the Lord was presented to God in the temple, and by extension, presented to his people of Israel and to all humankind. The Son of God is among us !
As a baby, Jesus was of course small and vulnerable when he presented by Mary and Joseph. In the same way, we are called to become open and vulnerable in order to present ourselves to the Lord. The Blessed Virgin urges us to give up our false security in material things so that, like a child, we become dependent on our parent, on God, for our safety and security to let go and let God.
In such a way, Our Lady can then ask us "to decide to surrender again everything completely to me... Only that way will I be able to present each of you to God."
Application:
So that Mary can present us to the Lord, let us now present and dedicate ourselves to her through the prayer of consecration she gave to Jelena:

Jan 26 - Tuesday 8:35 am altar after sorrowful mysteries of rosary
Me: I have doubts re: what I'm doing here.
Before when we just converse privately I had
no pressure. Now - even my rosary - I left altar
to go to the bathroom - when I returned,
the links were entangled and I have to detangle it. This took a while.
I pray to St. Michael to protect me.
I consecrate my whole family daily or at least I try to.
Maybe I am the wrong instrument to use?
Mama Mary: Yes, my child you are assailed by
the evil spirits. They are many now and
what happened to your rosary is not their first
attempt to distract. (Yes, I recall talking to
T.... and she was telling me something
spiritually inspiring when the
static on the phone became so great - we stopped then phone got cut.)
THere are more attacks: on your relationships,
distrust on your actions, subtle whisperings
but always there when your guard is down
which is why I ask you more and more to pray.
Prayer will get you to that point/state
of inner calm which you need to heed

Yes it is true the earth right now is
covered by the darkness of eveil as evil has its
reign. THough its reign is short, its power is also
at its peak. My remnant few need to fuse
together spiritually to stay strong.(gather in groups to
pray or fuse your prayers to others praying if you can't)
Yes, evil is strong right now, but all my
faithful children need only to carry my
rosary and pray often and complete their trust in my Son.
Again and again, these are the weapons to defeat
such evil present in your day.

Mama Mary: write about tonight
Me: I couldn't sleep by 1 am all kinds of worries
started to enter my head.
Mary: This is the enemy my child
Me: I decided to grab a rosary from
my bedroom altar and started to pray. I was
lying down and couldn't concentrate enough so
without waking my husband, I got up and knelt on
side of the bed and started to pray the glorious
mystery - towards the 3rd mystery, a divine
peace finally entered m, it's like medicine - finally
I calmed down and my thoughts grew quiet and
I could find rest. When I finished my rosary,
I still could not sleep but the difference was
night and day. Before I said the rosary, the
thoughts in my head were chaotic and basically
was causing me to panic and worry about potential
problems in the future. When I ended my rosary
my state of mind was so changed. I know it was
the power of the rosary - it protected me.
Mama Mary: this has happened before. Since you are
deeply devoted to me, my daughter,
you will continue to be assailed by evil spirits.
However since you now know it by experience,
(know the power of the rosary) you ust use it now
more deliberately, saying it more often
as it will give you peace of mind and protection
from evil attacks.
You must understand that because of your deep
love and devotion to me and you now have allowed
yourself to accept the task of messenger, you
have drawn the ire of the evil spirits.
Hence your need NOW to consecrate every working
and unconscious moment to Me and My Son.
Continue to write as I have promised protection
and much more than this.
You have read recently that I am the shortest,
fastest, simplest and most perfect route to my Son.
I have also in the past drawn you repeatedly

soon you are drawn to my Son's image and it is He you

your messengers have always been poor and lowly etc

Mama Mary: My child, I know your heart. God blesses
whoom He wishes and while you are not financially poor,
I see your simple ways and I see you guard
yourself from the temptations that come
with having money. Do not worry because
I see you are not attached to it body and soul.
You see that it serves a purpose but I know where your heart lies-
with me and My Son.
YOu misunderstand the poverty my Son spoke of ,
to be poor in Spirit you must be
empty of your selfish self. Empty of personal pride.
I can fill your cup with graces because you do not fill yourself with
a false sense of SELF.
Continue to empty yourself of this world's
vanities and I shall fill your cup/soul with
eternal graces.
I have seen you attribute success in the
business to blessings poured from above coupled
with your hard work and honesty in dealings.
But many, many are the rich who believe they
and they alone created their success. Filled with
their self worth, there is no more room for me.
In time, they end up replacing their true God-
My Son, with the false God of the ego.
The rich such as these suffer from the delusion
that they can control all aspects of their lives.
It is when crisis strikes that their world is shaken.
Jesus: I am coming to shake everyone. Those whose hearts are fully
enslaved to money and power shall
quickly watch their foundations crumble.
This time is NOW. It has already begun. The hour is late.
You who build your foundations upon ME
shall begin to truly see how strong I your

Me: I hesitated mama Mary. I'm sorry but
I didn't want to upset anyone but now
since a close friend whom I trust told me not to
withhold I shall write it down.
A few days ago, I got an urging thought re: part of
a message from Akita: it is now that time:...when
cardinals are opposing cardinals. It has started in Rome - the vatican.
When I heard this I thought maybe it's just me
because I happened to glance at the thin book
of Akita on my desk, yet when I got a call from a trusted
friend, she advised me- do not hesitate or wait until the
event has already happened - what good is a
warning if the event has already happened. So I'm writing it now.
Again sorry for the hesitation.
Mama Mary: I give you my protection so trust in

Now I shall tell you about the warning. The hour is late.
The father wishes all his children (including non christians- all are
part of his body) to know He is the ONE. Only 1/3 of the world know
my Son and of that many are dead men walking - (i found this phrase
a bit too slang so I rephrased it to dead to their faith but retained original)
So few repent, so few live the faith, still fewer pray and trust
in my and my Son's protection.
You have been told to go confess more often. It is
for your own good. My Son wishes to
pour such love, blessings, graces upon you
but you need to repent so you can be a
clean, clear channel.

Me: A year ago, can't recall exactly when,
I got this instruction on the beatitudes during luminous mysteries.
The first beatitude: Blessed are
the poor in Spirit, theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
The first is the cornerstone of all the
beatitudes. This poverty of Spirit
refers to knowing your place in the
hierarchy of heaven. You are a sinner,
poor in the eyes of God. When you recognize
this, it is the first step to acquiring the keys
to Heaven.
Jesus: It is only when you let go of the world,
how the world sees you and you see your
poverty in the Spiritual World, that I
can truly fill you.
The rest of the beatitudes follow after.
You can only attain this poverty because
you truly see my TRUTH, who I AM. In
the light of MY LIGHT you see your darkness
Hence meditate on this first beatitude more.

Message from the Queen of Heaven
My dear son,
I come to you today in this beautiful garden setting as the Queen of Heaven, and I appear to you today to remind you of your journey that began with me over twenty-five years ago during your brief journey to the life after death.
You may remember that I showed you the waterfall of Living Waters, the nurturing pure and healing Love of God that is miraculously provided to mankind through the healing effects of the Living Waters. Now you are in a time and place along your journey when the Living Waters of the Loving Lord become most prominent in your own personal journey for healing and recovery.
I must also remind you to accept the work and sufferings that the Lord has bestowed upon you in a way that you should readily understand: You must walk the talk, if you are talking the walk.
Now, it appears almost as a revelation to you that you are being shown the healing and restorative nature of the human body, as has been intended since the beginning of time and the creation of all living souls by your Father Almighty in Heaven.
How sweet is the promise now, for you to see that the Lord works with and through you in providing the means necessary to heal yourself from all that this hard life on earth puts in your path. Many of you have to deal with great physical struggles, pain, and suffering, and it saddens me to see that the way of the Lord in providing healing to the physical body has been swept aside by your modern methods of treatment, much to the disregard of what the Lord has intended to heal all the brothers and sisters on the face of the earth.
The healing that is necessary to refurbish the body, mind, spirit and soul is to be found in the ancient scriptures and in the customs and practices that have been provided to you during the life of my Son Jesus, the Lord and Saviour, who has taught us all to heal thyself.
Therefore, in his grand design for the future of mankind, the Father in Heaven has ordained that there shall be a great and grand transformation in the future of healing here on Earth, so that all of the Father’s sons and daughters can turn primarily to the Father in Heaven for the healing that all of you need to a greater or lesser extent, for not all of you will bear an equal burden of suffering as you progress through your lives.
I want you to focus, most of all, on the healing effects of the absolute and unrelenting Love of the Father, and of my Son Jesus, and of the Holy Spirit to permeate the very living cells within you to restore each and every living cell to its original order according to the intent of the Father in Heaven.
Know that there are miraculous and healing abilities within each and every one of you to heal yourselves from the illnesses and afflictions of life, as well as the accidents and injuries that result from living on a planet that is permeated with chaos and confusion as a result of the work of the evil one.
So now you must recognize that all souls individually have a responsibility to know, first of all, that the Lord and Saviour has a loving and healing plan for you in your life. You need to take individual responsibility for your own health care and wellness, so that you can also then provide for the health and wellness of your loved ones, your family members, and your friends by giving them the knowledge of the healing powers that are instilled in all of you by the Father in Heaven.
Be aware of the dangers of many options that are offered to you as means or methods of cures, for much of the practices in the modern world that are presented to you as being for your own betterment are just the opposite; methods that are intended to not cure but to monitor sickness and illness for other motives than your well being.
Unfortunately for mankind, materialism and greed has permeated the systems of health care worldwide, and, alas, there is also a sinister plan afoot by the enemies of the Father in Heaven to manipulate and control the health care systems globally, not with the intention to improve health care, but to actually do exactly the opposite, to the detriment of all of you who are the sons and daughters of the Father in Heaven. Greed, the deadly sin of greed, and control, the attempt to force power and control over all of you, are the weapons of choice by this sinister and shadowy group.
But you must fear not! For the Father in Heaven, my son, the Lord Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are now manifesting themselves more fully, creating a mantle of healing Love over the planet bestowing you with a greater awareness and recognition of the Healing Waters of the Father in Heaven.
It is time now for all of you through the power of your prayers to open up your hearts, minds, and souls to the healing powers of the Living Waters of the Father to help in your own personal healings for whatever your ills or injuries may be, as well as the healing of your family members, your parents, your siblings, your children, as well as your friends.
These are the times now that call for an incredible rescue of the world from the direction that your world leaders are taking you in terms of your health care. It is most important in the times that come to prepare yourselves in mind, body, and spirit by calling upon the healing effects of the Living Waters that the Father in Heaven has provided you.
So take time now, each and every one of you, to take inventory of your personal health and to those under your charge among your family members. The Father in Heaven needs strong and prayerful warriors to do the important work that needs to be done during this great time of transition here on Earth.
Most of all, focus on the Love of the Father; the Love that heals, for without the Love of God in your lives, the journey is lost. Recognize in prayer and in mediation that the ability to heal lies within each and every one of you. Become more responsible for your own personal health care as well as the care of those in your family. Learn what has been provided by the Father in Heaven to heal and sustain you through the ancient scriptures of your Holy Bible.
Know that miraculous cures can and will happen for all of you in your lives, if you turn your will over to the will of the Father in Heaven to heal and sustain you along your earthly journey. If you do these things, your journey here on Earth will be easier to bear until you are fulfilled by your final reward in the Heavenly Kingdom. I come to you today as the Queen of Heaven bestowing upon you the Living Waters of the Father in Heaven for all of mankind.

My child, I tell My children that when anxiety and discouragement beat upon your back you must come to understand that all things that disrupt your peace come from the devil for he is the source of all disruption, of all destruction. He divides, discourages and dissolves the soul to filth.
I say to My children come into the light for I am Jesus the light of the world. Come to Me in openness, in love and in turn I will cleanse your soul and purify it and elevate it to great holiness. I am not the God of distance, I am with you each time you pray, each time you love, each time you console one who is suffering, each time you embrace your neighbor in kindness.
I am there in the silence of the Tabernacle, I am the voice you hear in the confessional each time your soul is cleansed and removed from the filth that has consumed it. Come to Me My children and anything you ask will be granted to you if it is in accordance to My will.
Abandon yourself to My will for it is then that your soul will find peace and you light will shine in a greater way for I am Jesus and My mercy and justice will prevail.

My child, I ask My children to recite the Chaplet three times each day. When you recite the Chaplet consistently you are uniting and meditating on My Passion. You are uniting yourself to the Trinity. My children when you come before your King do you present yourself with great humility? Do you witness the truth to your brothers and sisters or do you hide behind a bushel?
The hour has come for you to be witnesses of the truth. I tell you again that the winds of change are here. Disease will come forth and many will not take heed to it until it is too late. Many will ignore the warnings and dismiss it as a time of passing. Many contrive now to ignore My words but I say to you that this time is passing away.
Who is the Master? Do you seek to control or allow My hand to guide you? Anything that is not of Me will not be. Just as I do not interfere with the will of man, man cannot interfere with the Divine Plan. Seek the Kingdom for it is the Kingdom that has been given to you. The world is not your awaited treasure, it is your place of bringing yourself to understand the mission I have called you to do and to fulfill it.
Now go forth My children for I am with you just call upon My name for I am Jesus and My mercy and justice will prevail.
