Dear Friends,

When Jesus was going back to the city in the morning, he was hungry. Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went over to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. And he said to it, "May no fruit ever come from you again." And immediately the fig tree withered. When the disciples saw this, they were amazed and said, "How was it that the fig tree withered immediately?" Jesus said to them in reply, "

Amen, I say to you, if you have faith and do not waver, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' it will be done. Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive." Matthew 21:18-22

Here is a message Our Lord gave to Joseph. Jesus, Our Saviour, spoke to him in these words, "When I was on earth, I was hungry and thirsty like everybody else, as I have a complete human nature along with My divine nature. One day I taught the disciples the power of prayer. I went to a fig tree to look for figs but there were none. I simply said to the fig tree, 'May no fruit ever come from you again,' and immediately the fig tree withered. They were amazed at seeing the fig tree wither before their eyes.

Prayer is powerful if you have faith. If you waver in your faith, your prayer will be useless. Pray, My brothers and sisters, that your faith may grow strong and that all doubts be gone. It is by a faith-full prayer that your plea will be heard and you will receive what you need. If you have faith and you say to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' it will be done. I answer all prayers of faith whether you ask something for yourself or for others.

My dear friends, be people of prayer. Pray every day knowing that I am there listening to your prayer. Sometimes I will not answer right away to test your perseverance. Do not think that I am not listening to you for I hear every genuine prayer. However, I have My time to act. Persevere in prayer and you will receive your answer. I love you."

Come, Lord JESUS!

JNSR: Lord speak to me, I only want to hear Your Voice.

JESUS: It is within you. Use it at one condition that My Word be within you. Prove to them how true and active it is. Spread it out everywhere, for it is the key which opens the door, closed by men of weak will. Tell them that only My Will can triumph in this World going to ruin.

Tell them it is useless to bargain with My Commands, they are of one single piece and I stand by them. Tell them to conform to what I say. My Word is alive and current, and when I tell you that I am coming, it is in spite of everything, for I insist on saving what must be saved, My Father's Harvest, mankind. Come close to Me, ungrateful children. From these stones, I shall build the Mountain of God, and I will go up above, so as to look into your eyes.

Can you sustain My brilliance, the one emanating from My Divine Light? I come to conquer you and to teach you how to love Me and to consider Me as your Unique Master.

I am THE ONE who IS of all Eternity. Do not bow down your head. Down below is the Beast, the one going ahead without thinking that its doom day has arrived.

Destroy all that it has built up in you. Free yourselves from your past, for you cannot know what I am bringing with Me, and what I will soon fill you with.

But the Holy Spirit is coming and must do what God must do. He is God, comes from God, lives in God. And if His presence is evident even though invisible, such is not the case for Me.

I would like to share with you some quotes from Fr. Zlatko Sudac, and Mirjana Soldo regarding the importance of living in this present moment.
In the 1999 Winter issue of Medjugorje Magazine, Fr. Zlatko, who belongs to the diocese of Krk in Croatia, was interviewed by the editors of Medjugorje Magazine. Here are some excerpts from that interview:

"...God does not love you in the past or in the future. He only loves you right now. If you always live in the past or in the future, you will never experience the love of God."

"...I asked myself and I ask you, 'Do I ever live in this moment? Do I ever live in this present moment?' I understood that the answer was no. I always feel guilt about the past and I carry concern in my heart about the future. It's the truth that I don't live in the present moment. But God is an experience of now. Today's Tidbit The Solemnity of Christ the King is always celebrated on the final Sunday of the Liturgical Year. This feast reminds us that Jesus ultimate place is reigning over heaven and earth at the right hand of the Father. Nov 26 - SURRENDER YOURSELVES TO ME

Today Our Lady speaks of one of the primary messages of Medjugorje:

Dear children, I wish to tell you that I have chosen this parish. I guard it in my hands like a little flower that does not want to die.

I beseech you to surrender yourselves to me so that I can present you as a gift to God, fresh and without sin. Satan has destroyed part of my plan and wants to possess all of it. Pray that he does not succeed, for I wish you for myself so that I may continue offering you to God (Weekly Message August 1, 1985).

And from Paul's first letter to the Corinthians:

For whoever was called in the Lord as a slave is a freed person belonging to the Lord, just as whoever was free when called is a slave of Christ (1 Cor 7:22).

Reflection:

There is glory and joy in surrender to God. When we surrender to other masters we are crushed, shamed, and defeated. But when we give our lives over to God, we are glorified and find victory. An unknown poet knew the honor in this submission: "Make me a captive, Lord, and then I shall be free."

When we abandon ourselves totally to God, we stand before him with nothing: nothing more, nothing less, and nothing other than his Divine Will. Richard Baxter, a great religious writer, died with these words on his lips: "Lord, what you will, where you will, and when you will."

When we submit to God's complete and total control, we become "God-intoxicated" , filled with his own life. There is no other way but the way of abandonment and surrender, as the Virgin emphasizes today. It can be hard, but it is essential to a fulfilled life.

Application:

In prayer today, live Our Lady's message: "I beseech you to surrender yourselves your selves to me, so that I can present you a gift to God."

Often she visited Jesus, in the church, and talked to Him. Little Rose ran to the church and stood before the tabernacle . . . . She would not let the pirates get to Jesus, she was ready to die before letting them hurt Him! When the village people saw how brave she was they stood with her and prevented the pirates from attacking Jesus! Nov 25 - CONSECRATION TO THE HEART OF JESUS

The following message was given to Jelena for the parish:
Devote five minutes to the Sacred Heart. Each family is an image of it (Locutionists Jelena & Mirijana July 2, 1983).

And from John's gospel, a prayer of Jesus to the Father:

Righteous Father, the world does not know you, but I know you; and those know that you have sent me. I made your name known to them, and I will make it known, so that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them (Jn 17:25-26).

Reflection:

The love of Christ is symbolized by his heart. To be consecrated to the Sacred Heart is to be consecrated to the Lord's love, pledged and dedicated to it. Our Lord's love, pledged and dedicated to it.

Our Lady emphasizes this in her messages. From October, 1988: "I am calling you today to the prayer of consecration to Jesus, my dear Son, so that each of your hearts may be his." And in Nov of 1983: "Place an image of the hearts of Jesus and Mary in your homes." In April, 1984: "I pray that you especially venerate the Heart of my Son." And last, in October of 1983: "May all families consecrate themselves to the Sacred Heart each day."

Application:

Today, let us live these messages of the Blessed Virgin by consecrating ourselves to the Sacred Heart, using the prayer she dictated to Jelena for that purpose:

O Jesus, we know that you are gentle, that you have given your heart for us, crowned with the thorns of our sins. We know well that today you still pray for us so that we will not be lost.

Jesus, remember us if we fall into sin. Through your most Sacred Heart, enable us to love one another, that hatred may disappear from among men. Show us your love, we love you and wish that you protect us with the heart of the Good Shepherd.

Enter into each heart, Lord Jesus! Knock on the door of our hearts with patience and persistence. We are still locked within ourselves for we have not understood your will. Come, Lord JESUS!

I am coming to awaken the stones

August 23, 2008
"The Word of God was given to me.
Fire descended in me.
The Word was taken from me and I was rejected.
I am but a shell
enclosing the Voice."

JNSR: Lord speak to me, I only want to hear Your Voice.

JESUS: It is within you. Use it at one condition that My Word be within you. Prove to them how true and active it is. Spread it out everywhere, for it is the key which opens the door, closed by men of weak will. Tell them that only My Will can triumph in this World going to ruin.

Tell them it is useless to bargain with My Commands, they are of one single piece and I stand by them. Tell them to conform to what I say. My Word is alive and current, and when I tell you that I am coming, it is in spite of everything, for I insist on saving what must be saved, My Father's Harvest, mankind. Come close to Me, ungrateful children. From these stones, I shall build the Mountain of God, and I will go up above, so as to look into your eyes.

Can you sustain My brilliance, the one emanating from My Divine Light? I come to conquer you and to teach you how to love Me and to consider Me as your Unique Master.

I am THE ONE who IS of all Eternity. Do not bow down your head. Down below is the Beast, the one going ahead without thinking that its doom day has arrived.

Destroy all that it has built up in you. Free yourselves from your past, for you cannot know what I am bringing with Me, and what I will soon fill you with.

But the Holy Spirit is coming and must do what God must do. He is God, comes from God, lives in God. And if His presence is evident even though invisible, such is not the case for Me.

For behold, I am coming.
Amen, come Lord JESUS!
