The Father loves you
Dear Friends,
Peter’s Denial foretold
Then Jesus said to them, "This night all of you will have your faith in me shaken, for it is written: 'I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be dispersed'; but after I have been raised up, I shall go before you to Galilee." Peter said to him in reply, "Though all may have their faith in you shaken, mine will never be."
Jesus said to him, "Amen, I say to you, this very night before the cock crows, you will deny me three times." Peter said to him, "Even though I should have to die with you, I will not deny you." And all the disciples spoke likewise. (Passage from the Gospel of St. Matthew 26:31-35)
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
"I love you, My brother Joseph Melvin and all My brothers and sisters scattered all over the world. I am your Savior who is working daily to help you to follow Me and to reach salvation.
Peter, one of the Apostles I chose, was very special to Me. I had chosen him to be the Head of My Church but during My Passion He denied Me three times. I had predicted that he would deny Me but he refused to accept My words, and instead stated that even if he had to die, he would not deny Me. Yet you know that he did not keep his word. That very night of My Passion he denied Me three times. This shows you how weak human beings are, but he was able to repent of his sin and I forgave him.
Don’t be too harsh to condemn Peter because you have done the same thing more than once. Every time you sin you refuse to follow My words although you know that it is sinful to break the commandments of God. Every time you sin you need to repent of what you did and My Father in heaven will pardon you.
My Father sees the great sacrifice I offered to Him for your salvation and He will forgive all those who are sorry for their sins. He loves you and He will give you the graces you need to do better in the future."

Whatever Jesus did, He did well. He went along, doing good. His manner was full of goodness and mercy. His steps were guided by compassion. Toward His enemies He showed goodness, kindness, and understanding, and to those in need help and consolation.
I have resolved to mirror faithfully these traits of Jesus in myself during this month, even if this costs me much. (1175)

MARCH 14 - SATAN IS TRYING TO DESTROY
Regarding Satan, the Blessed Mother said to Ivan’s prayer group:
"Dear Children, during this Lent Satan is trying by every means to destroy in you what we have started. I warn you as a mother, let prayer be your weapon against him. (Visionary Prayer Group March 12,1988).
In his first letter, Peter also warns of Satan:
Discipline yourselves, keep alert. Like a roaring lion your adversary the Devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour. Resist him, steadfast in your faith, for you know that your brothers and sisters in all the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering. (1 Pt 5:8-9).
Reflection:
The Madonna of Medjugorje continues to emphasize the reality and danger of Satan, for just as a physician cannot treat an illness without a diagnosis, so we cannot fight the Evil One without first acknowledging his existence and power.
In a sermon in Medjugorje on this subject, Fr. Tomislav Vlasic, at one time the spiritual director of the visionaries, said: "Recently Our Lady’s messages have been warning us of Satan’s presence and we in Medjugorje have actually been experiencing this. It is not an academic question for us, but the actual experience of Satan’s presence and attacks…
But Our Lady has taught us how to face this problem, how to fight it. She always points out the weapons we can use against the Evil One: prayer, penance, and as active spiritual life…
Through Our Lady, we have discovered Satan’s presence hidden in civilization, which has denied his existence, just as it has denied the presence of God. Satan exists, he is real. But we have the weapons to fight him.
Application:
Simply take to heart the Madonna’s message today: «I warn you as a mother, let prayer be your weapon against Satan."

During Holy Mass, I was given the knowledge of the Heart of Jesus and of the nature of the fire of love with which He burns for us and of how He is an Ocean of Mercy. Then I heard a voice: Apostle of My mercy, proclaim to the whole world My unfathomable mercy. Do not be discouraged by the difficulties you encounter in proclaiming My mercy. Mar 13 - SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR LENT
During Lent of 1989, Ivan reported the following message to his prayer group:
Our Lady wants this from us during Lent:
1) Review and live her messages.
2) Read the Bible more.
3) Pray more and offer all for the intentions of Our Lady.
4) Make more sacrifices.
Our Lady will be with us and will accompany us. She gave a special blessing (Visionary Prayer Group January 6, 1989).
In his letter to the Colossians, Paul also urges the people to seek "the things above":
So if you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth, for you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life is revealed, then you also will be revealed with him in glory. (Col 3:1-4)
Reflection:
Seeking "the things that are above" could be defined as striving to put heaven’s priorities into daily practice, or to concentrate on the eternal rather than the temporal. It is to view life from the Lord’s perspective and to seek what he desires. This is also the antidote to materialism, for we view material goods as God does.
The more we see life around us as God sees it, the more we live in harmony with him and experience his peace. This is also the reason for Mary’s requests today; to pray, to live her messages to read the scriptures, and to make sacrifices, are all intended to focus us on "the things above" and bring us into harmony with God.
Application:
Let us simply apply to our lives the very specific advice the Gospa gives us in her message today.

JESUS: How does GOD express himself so that we can
Follow?
By making us see the Signs of the Time and make the necessary judgment that proves to us that it does not come from us, but from HIM who is very close to us, to dictate to us for those following to prepare..
The Time was chosen to speak to us.
It is the meeting of LOVE and SPIRIT.
The Spirit who dwells in Him who follows Me and that I call the Day and the Hour it takes to diffuse all this to others who are awaiting My Truth.
Here it is: You are all beings loved by GOD and I confirm it to you, in taking care of everyone.
For that, listen tp what I say to you today.
Do not let fall into the water the Words coming out of My Mouth, at this terrible time when death brushes everywhere, touching on half of the planet, by sea, by land and by air.
I come to save you.
But for that, everyone must comprehend that only My LOVE is “Conscious" of what I do for you, for each of you.
I write with this hand, which lends itself to My listening because it is getting late and I intervene in these times when everyone is concerned.
Try to have confidence in what you read from who is faithful to Me and who is not mistaken. Everything comes from Me.

Children, wake up from your slumber! When will you realize that things are getting very serious now?
Wake up! Wake up!
How many disasters will it take to get your attention?
Are you waiting until it happens to you personally? I warn you: IT WILL THEN be too late.
Children of Mine, do you not see what is going on all around you? And if you do, why do you remain so aloof without a care in the world?
I tell you, your soul is NOT READY to meet Me and neither are your loved ones'.
Do all you can NOW to remedy this situation. Make sacrifices as never before; become fervent in your prayers; offer ALL your sufferings, hurts and discomforts for your own soul, your loved ones' and your brothers' and sisters' everywhere.
Children of Mine, I urge you to take these words very seriously.
Change your life now!
I love you and I want the best for you so I'm giving you a forewarning so you will not be filled with regrets -- regrets which will break your heart in a million pieces as you're breaking My Mother's and Mine now.
Come to Me and I will shower you with My Love and I will guide you along the right path. I love you and yearn for your safety in Our loving arms.
Trust Us and do Our Will and you will have nothing to fear.

March 11, 2011 Saturday 8 am after rosaries and div mercy..
Me: I began reflecting about the aceh tsunami of dec 2004 and how it felt a week before the day it happened. I had to lie down and woke up for about three days prior to the event and could hardly move because my shoulder and back and my entire body was in pain. I have suffered from arthritis since my teens but have learned to ‘disregard’ it as there is no real cure I’ve found to eliminate it, and most of the time I can function without it bothering me much. Even with a diet of food that supposedly lessens arthritis inflammation, still it would always be a part of my life. Sometimes like in the case of aceh, I did not know it yet but it was a signal of the quake that was going to take place.
Also immediately after the quake, my pain subsided. Hence I felt since that time to try to be more aware of the connection of my more serious ‘arthritis flare ups’ with quakes, typhoons and the like happening near me(geographically).
My thought was how come the pain is not going away with this japan tsunami. For the past few days I had pain in my shoulder that was radiating to my lower back and unbearable. I wasn’t bedridden like in the few days before the aceh quake but definitely expected that once an ‘event’ occurs, I would feel relief as the pain would subside almost immediately.
So when I watched the news last night I was relieved and said to myself 'ah, my shoulder pain will subside, thank God.' However, far from subsiding, it did not diminish but feels even more painful today. So I was puzzled that it’s not going away.
Mama Mary: My daughter whom I love, your pain connects you to events that are yet to come as well as events that are already in your immediate horizon. It offers you a chance to pray more, offer more, spiritually prepare to be in a state of grace at all times...(Timeline to next quake seems close like weeks or months)
Me: I’m so sorry I didn’t release the dream vision I had on Jan 15, 2011.( It was so heavy and I felt depressed because I thought of the size of the tsunami, how big the dark wall of water coming and thought to myself – would people change, repent, pray more by my releasing it? Would it deepen their walk with God or would it depress them that the situation is hopeless?
I decided to just pray more and offer more by way of service etc, and ask that the Lord to deliver us from this catastrophe. Vision was quite detailed and slow motion hence I was shown the wave getting higher and higher. I felt that the detailed vision refers to the nearness of this event. The earlier quake visions I got last year were quick, like a flash and ruins, and collapses were in the blink of an eye. Also I had an overall view not like this one.
This one was slow, the build up was slow and the water coming at me was so dark and so solid like cement, not water. – Still, I don’t feel the japan tsunami yesterday is the same that I saw in my dream -based on what I saw on tv, the one in my dream was much stronger and may not be measured on the richter scale(as it was so so high-several stories high) - I woke up just at point of suffocating under its weight )
Mama Mary: I know your heart’s intention. It is in the right place. You understand how tired my faithful ones are becoming. How many struggles are taking place inundating them from within and without and how their faith can sometimes hang by a thin thread. You feel how fragile, how tenuous is this hold you have – this hold so needed to have this peace from My Son. But I tell you it was given for a reason. Learn obedience from me my daughter.
Me: I'm really sorry I hesitated and grew despondent with the dream. (my notes are filling up but weigh me down so I decided not to release)
Mama Mary: It is my task, a task given by the Father to warn my children in advance about the nearness of coming events so they will hurry to spiritually be prepared and not to lose their calm amidst the turmoil that are coming. I warn ahead so my children can be always in these days of great shakings, hold more tightly to their Faith in our TRIUNE GOD.
The most Holy Trinity is unfolding its great Light upon the souls of men in this darkened planet. A great renewal is already in its birthing stage. So much of the weight of sin (materialism, corruption, sinfulness, false idols) will need to be burned to wipe the world clean and fresh.
But I ask you my faithful children to hold the Vision, the hope of the coming new Kingdom. Do not worry but be always in a state of grace. The grace of the Father I pour upon your souls as never before to bind you more firmly to Us and to be able to hold this vision of a renewed kingdom
(I recalled last few months starting around Dec last year I kept receiving vision of a shaft of light coming straight upon me, entering me, my soul and I was like getting this uplifting experience and like I felt I couldn’t accept this great gift because first of all I don’t feel purified enough so I would block or stop right at the point when I was being transported up to receive Him or His grace or this feeling of heaven on earth)
I also here tell you of what must yet happen. The great shakings are now at your doorsteps (I recalled I got a message about many quakes last year and I felt it was meant for last year in my area of the world – far east). There is a reason your shoulder pain has not ceased (unlike the time of aceh where it subsided right on the day quake occurred)
The pain is connected to events happening that is unseen by you, that is set to transpire in your very near future. (I get the sense that a bigger quake is building and will happen sometime soon in this part of the world, south east asia though I was not told the area specifically) but feel it might be in the philippines because I live here.
I remind all of my faithful children to pray more fervently, as lent has started. I urge everyone to look into their hearts and see what needs a shaking and detaching from. Examine yourselves as so many of you build your foundations not on the stone rejected by this world that is my Son. Now is the time your foundations are shaken and many will crumble. My Son should be the foundation of your renewed sanctuary. I continue to hold your hand and wrap you in my mantle and draw you deeper into the pasision , death, sufferings sacrifices my Son made and continues to make for you as he pours mercy upon your souls...
My daughter, I urge you to implore our heavenly Father to deliver you from the coming quakes on land and in the sea. Do not tire begging Him for mercy and thanking Him for sparing you for now. Prepare for sudden events, prepare for shocking events. In prayer, in sacrifices, do not tire begging for mercy and strength. Offer what you can with what you have been blessed with. The Father sees all. He knows if what you offer is the best of you or merely what is left over from the spoils.(the word firstfruits kept repeating)
Do not do the Math!!! – the enemy whispers that you don’t have enough material capability to fight or the numbers to win. (I was made to turn my thoughts to the RH bill which is the bill being brought to congress involving population control and mandatory sex education etc) Western nations have poured in so much. Secret societies are plotting the downfall of this humble nation(Philippines) that I love dearly. Yet know that the fight is at its peak. The Father only asks what you have done, what effort you made from where you stand.
He does the impossible, is this not something you believe in fully?(yes! amen) The Father is King of both the seen world and the unseen world. Offer more so the unseen can be seen or felt interiorly by all my children.
Hold on to my hand and I will pour His strength upon your frail souls. He simply asks obedience to His will- let this be the sign of trust and love you have for Him.
He simply wishes to see the cross of my Son reflected in your daily lives. Won’t you try to sacrifice by offering your best fruits before his altar? When times are darkest, the Father does not leave you desolate but sends not one but his two witnesses - me and My Son.
The Father has sent me because you my children fear these times and you know the Mother’s heart can calm the greatest fears of her children. The Father sends also his other witness, His dearly beloved Son to show mercy and point the Way, of the Cross. The upward struggle is indeed getting heavier but carry your cross out of Love, and out of Faith, the Holy spirit will give you fortitude and patient endurance.
Hope always and carry the vision in humility, that the crucifixion must take place in each person’s journey, each one must die to self in order for the growth of new life in you.
Your renewed bodies are about to materialize as this present world crumbles. My children, the great renewal is so close. Hold on to My Hand and endure all for My Son, to lessen the painful ascent for there is no other way for this rebirth to occur.

So beg for more time, for more mercy, for more strength. Live in total trust. Fear not. The reapers are ready, the trumpets are blowing.

Dear Friends,
The Coming of the Son of God
Jesus said to them... "Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. We had a rainy day yesterday but in the morning there was freezing rain. Last evening we lost power for about one hour, but it came back on, then went out again for about twenty minutes. We should have a nice day today.
I could not go to the Manor yesterday because the rain turned to freezing rain and it was impossible to drive on these roads. So I will go to the Manor on Wednesday and will celebrate Holy Mass for Ash Wednesday and give all those present the ashes. Tomorrow, Wednesday, is the beginning of Lent.

The temptations of Jesus
Filled with the holy Spirit, Jesus returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the desert for forty days, to be tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and when they were over he was hungry. The devil said to him, "If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread." Jesus answered him, "It is written, 'One does not live by bread alone.'"
Then he took him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a single instant. The devil said to him, "I shall give to you all this power and their glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I may give it to whomever I wish. All this will be yours, if you worship me."
Jesus said to him in reply, "It is written: 'You shall worship the Lord, your God, and him alone shall you serve.'" Yesterday we had a beautiful sunny day for most of the day and more snow melted. The temperature was just below the freezing point.
I went to our parish church last evening for Eucharistic Adoration for one hour. Today I will go to the Manor in Alberton to celebrate Ash Wednesday with the people there. I received some money to help me with my bills but I still need some more. I especially thank those who were generous with their donations. May the Lord bless you all.

It was at the beginning of My public life that I went into the desert praying to the Father and not eating anything. At the end the devil came to tempt Me but he did not succeed in his efforts to cause Me to sin.
Remember, this time of Lent is a great occasion to do penance, to fast, to pray more and to grow in your personal relationship with Me and to give help to the poor by almsgiving. It is a time to be strong spiritually to combat the temptations of the devil, the world and the flesh. You need to cooperate with all the graces I will give you each day of these forty days.
You know that it is a time to prepare for the Great Feast of Easter. Come aside with Me every day in prayer and do not forget to pray your rosary. I am your Friend and I will help you. You have to get rid of any bad habit you have picked up and work hard to establish good habits and virtues in your life. I bless you."

The Unknown Day and Hour
Jesus said to them... ... "But of that day and hour no one knows, neither the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. For as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. In those days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day that Noah entered the ark. They did not know until the flood came and carried them all away. So will it be also at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be out in the field; one will be taken, and one will be left.
Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken, and one will be left. Therefore, stay awake! For you do not know on which day your Lord will come. Be sure of this: if the master of the house had known the hour of night when the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and not let his house be broken into. So too, you also must be prepared, for at an hour you do not expect, the Son of Man will come. (Passage from the Gospel of St. Matthew 24:4a,36-44)
Yesterday we had a mostly sunny day but we had a few sprinkling of snow now and then.
Yesterday afternoon I celebrated Holy Mass at the Manor in Alberton and gave the ashes to all the Catholics there. In the evening I was at our parish church at 7:00 p.m. for the Ash Wednesday celebration of Holy Mass and the giving of the ashes; many people came. Afterwards we had the prayer meeting at 8:00 p.m.

"I bless you, My brother Joseph Melvin, and all My brothers and sisters scattered all over the earth. You should never forget that one day I will come from heaven down to earth with great power to judge the living and the dead. At that time there will be the general resurrection as all the dead will be united with their bodies and be alive in body and soul. Then there will be the final judgment. After that the world will be destroyed and nothing will be left of it.
What I wish to impress upon all of you is that no one knows the day or the hour of My second coming. So what you have to do is to be always ready for My coming. Repent of all your sins and go to receive the Sacrament of Confession at least once a month.
Be truly sorry for all your sins; in that case, your sins will be completely forgiven. Be a person of good deeds by helping people, forgiving those who hurt you, praying for those who need help, and feeding the poor. Be a man or a woman of prayer. You need to pray every day especially the rosary and go to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass every Sunday."

"Change your ways and follow Me"
Dear Friends,
The Faithful or the Unfaithful Servant
Jesus said to them... ... "Who, then, is the faithful and prudent servant, whom the master has put in charge of his household to distribute to them their food at the proper time? Blessed is that servant whom his master on his arrival finds doing so. Amen, I say to you, he will put him in charge of all his property.
But if that wicked servant says to himself, 'My master is long delayed,' and begins to beat his fellow servants, and eat and drink with drunkards, the servant's master will come on an unexpected day and at an unknown hour and will punish him severely and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth. Yesterday it was cloudy the whole day and it was rather cold, but nothing fell. We are to have rain today.
Today I will go to St. Simon and St. Jude's Church in Tignish to lead the Way of the Cross and to celebrate Holy Mass with the people there. The Parish Priest is gone to be the Spiritual Leader of the Women’s Cursillo weekend near Charlottetown. The men had their Cursillo weekend last week. I will be in Tignish Parish for the whole weekend. I thank all those who have sent money to help me out with the bills this winter. Remember me during this Lent as I have more bills coming in.

"As I greet you, My brother Joseph Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world, I ask you to read attentively the scripture passage at the beginning of this message. The master mentioned here is God the Father and the servant is each one of you. You have all been given your mission, which you are asked to accomplish during your time on earth.
A good servant is the one who acts responsibly and does his work well. He follows what the Father asks of him and he is always ready to obey. The wicked servant on the other hand refuses to act responsibly and just satisfies his own appetites. He wants everyone to serve him and to do what he should do while he drinks and gets drunk or takes drugs.
At the end when the Father comes he will find the good servant doing very well and he will honor and welcome him into heaven. Then the wicked servant will be thrown out and he will find himself in hell. I call you all to follow the good servant and you will be in heaven with Me one day. During this season of Lent change your ways and follow Me."

The Anointing at Bethany
Dear Friends,
The Anointing at Bethany
Now when Jesus was in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, a woman came up to him with an alabaster jar of costly perfumed oil, and poured it on his head while he was reclining at table. When the disciples saw this, they were indignant and said, "Why this waste? It could have been sold for much, and the money given to the poor." Since Jesus knew this, he said to them, "Why do you make trouble for the woman? She has done a good thing for me.
The poor you will always have with you; but you will not always have me. In pouring this perfumed oil upon my body, she did it to prepare me for burial. Amen, I say to you, wherever this gospel is proclaimed in the whole world, what she has done will be spoken of, in memory of her." (Passage from the Gospel of St. Matthew 26:6-13)
We had a very cloudy day the whole day yesterday and some wind. It started raining in the evening and it is raining today.
Last evening I was at the Church of St. Simon and St. Jude, Tignish, for the Way of the Cross and the celebration of Holy Mass. Many people attended. This evening I will be back at the same church for the Sunday Liturgy. I thank all those who are sending names for the Book of Remembrance. It cost only $15.00 to enter a person in that book and Holy Mass will be offered for all those inscribed every Wednesday for a whole year. Other prayers will be offered for them too.

"I love you, My brother Joseph Melvin, and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. When I was living in Israel, I loved to go to Bethany to visit friends there. One day when I was having a meal there, a woman came and she anointed Me with perfumed oil.
Some of the Apostles did not agree to what the woman was doing. They wanted the oil to be sold and money given to the poor. Although the Apostles did not know it, this woman was anointing Me for my burial.
You know that after My death on the cross, My body was taken and buried in a tomb and I was not anointed but I was anointed some days before My death. I tried as much as possible to remind the Apostles that I was going to die a horrible death for the remission of all your sins.
You are now in the season of Lent and you are going towards My death on the cross and three days later My resurrection. During this time of Lent I call you to come to My Cross every day and to understand the love I have for you. I want you in heaven with Me. Repent of your sins and come close to Me."

"I am truly present in the Eucharist"
Dear Friends,
Preparation for the Passover
On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples approached Jesus and said, "Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Passover?" He said, "Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, 'The teacher says, "My appointed time draws near; in your house I shall celebrate the Passover with my disciples."'" The disciples then did as Jesus had ordered, and prepared the Passover. ... While they were eating, Jesus took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and giving it to his disciples said, "Take and eat; this is my body."
Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins. ..." Then, after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. (Passage from the Gospel of St. Matthew 26:17-19, 26-28, 30)
Yesterday it was cloudy in the morning and it rained the whole morning but the sun came out in the afternoon and the sky was completely blue. Much snow disappeared.
Yesterday morning I celebrated Holy Mass at the Little Shrine of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island and in the evening I was at the parish of St. Simon and St. Jude for Holy Mass at 7:00 p.m. I will be back there this morning for Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m. and at 11:00 a.m.

"As I bless you today, My brother Joseph Melvin, and all My brothers and sisters spread throughout the countries of the world, I invite you to spend time with Me at the Last Supper. I joined the Apostles in the Upper Room on Holy Thursday in order to institute the Holy Eucharist. Judas was not present during this time. During our Passover meal, I took bread and blessed it and said these words, 'This is My Body, which will be given up for you.'
Then I gave the Eucharist to the Apostles. Then I took a cup full of wine, gave thanks, and gave it to them saying, 'Drink from it, all of you for this is the cup of My Blood of the New Covenant. It will be shed for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins.' They all drank from the cup of My Precious Blood.
My dear friends, I instituted the Holy Eucharist as My great gift to you. I am truly present in the Eucharist. I am there with My Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. I am there in the very same way as I live in heaven today. Believe in this great sacrament and come with a clean heart to receive Me as often as you can. The Eucharist is the greatest gift I could give you. The priests are to celebrate the Eucharist every day including Sunday for you."
